I’m selling my contract at the Riviera Apartments. It’s student housing for BYU or UVU. You could move in as soon as you&#;d like. It is a year-long contract so it goes until August but you can always sell. The apartments are spacious, and the location is convenient, as it’s right across from BYU and close to a 🚍 bus stop. The ward is fantastic. The roommates are 🎇clean and loads of fun. Utilities are a flat rate of $. There are two ⛄ fridges, two bathrooms, and extra storage space. There&#;s a well-kept 🏊 pool and a hot tub (open year-round). They have a gym as well. I have ❤️loved my ⌚time here at the Riv and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
