This is a woman&#;s contract for a shared upstairs bedroom. The house is super cute, has a specious living room with lots of natural lighting. There is a parking lot behind the house. Utilities are fixed and included in the price ($ for the summer months and $ the rest of the year). There is an option to renew the contract in the Fall. The roommates are amazing. They are very laid back, know how to have fun and are responsible.
