We have our own washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Its fully furnished, it is in a fantastic ward, and it is only a minute 🚶 walk to BYU campus! You will have one roommate in the private room, her name is Karina and she is awesome! You would have one of the beds in the shared room, but no one is taking that other contract so you basically get a private room for the price of a shared room!
