Close to UVU (within 5 min.) - UVU is planning to build more campuses here and were near BYU ( mins.)
Rent $ includes the Utilities - 💡electricity-/Internet/Water/Sewage/Trash - if we notice a huge spike in utilities we will have to discuss more for utilities.
