Feb 2018: Management is so incompetent that even visitors are not safe. Guests are liable to be booted at 3am and fined $200. Their visitor parking is insufficient, their resident parking in our area was barely half full, and management is completely unsympathetic to the people that get screwed over by their poorly thought it system. Unless you want not only yourself, but your visitors to suffer from this apartment's crappy management, pick somewhere better to live. Review from Google
Feb 2018: One good thing about tiger plaza apartments is that cable, internet, and utilities are all included in the rent and they are quite affordable. It is spacious enough for the price. But, these are kind of apartments where young adults can stay with friends. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family. There are lot of maintenance issues. Jan 2018: This place is a slum! They must have friends or staff giving them any of the reviews over a score of 1. They prey on students and their parents. The apartments are horrible and the staff has no power to do anything. Some property management firm runs it and there is no way to get out of your 12 month lease even if you have a hardship. They get the parents to cosign because they know they can take them to court to get paid because they don't want to have a bad review on their credit. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I would give a negative review if I could. The apartments are poorly maintained and they take forever to fix anything. On top of all that, they will give you a nasty surprise a few months after you move out. They will charge you to renovate the apartment and if you try to dispute it they will hand it over to debt collectors and try to ruin your credit to force you to pay them. If you choose to move here, take pictures of every room and appliance, to include inside. Take videos of all the appliances working or not working. If not they will try and make you pay to re-carpet and repaint the apartment after you leave. Review from GoogleJan 2018: Edit: No, I can’t contact you to the dispute the charges. I already called and your rude office staff blocked me from talking to anyone because the bill had already been sent to a collection agency. They claimed that I could no longer speak to anyone regarding these charges from that point onward, but thanks for your lame attempt to smooth this over! Your complex is getting itself quite the reputation.
Edit: Any five star reviews you may see is due to employees doing it themselves or people being literally bribed with gift cards when they first move in.
We lived there for 3 years and did not move into a clean or new apartment. Needless to say, when we moved out, the place was in need of some maintenance in terms of what is normal wear and tear. Dec 2017: Do not move here , management is horrible. I can't wait until my lease is up. Jan 2017: Worst apartments ever do not move here! The whole staff in the leasing office and the entire management team are a bunch of crooks and scammers. When we moved in the apartment ablsolutley nothing was working and it took months for them to even start trying to fix anything. They told me my rent would be one thing then later raised it without notifying me and stuck me with a bunch of unnecessary late fees which btw I pay rent before the 1st so I was never late. They just like to charge people for no reason because all they care about is money and they aren't reasonable people at all!!!! Whatever you do don't believe a word they tell you because I promise you that it'll be a different story once you move in!!

One manager in particular (XXXX) helped me get into my new apartment. Every person here is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who considers tiger plaza. Plus, the community is great.
Review from 10/10/16 on GoogleJul 2016: The apartments condition is good... However, You should pray to avoid any argument with the staff. The staff in the office won't be the same person after you sign your lease!!! Once you signed, they normally say the same thing whenever you ask for help: "our manager is not available now, we will call you back! " Shame on them!!! I went there to ask for my refund for more than 5 times over three months, the staff didn't do anything until I caught the manager one day. What they told you was just lie!
