Feb 2017: Management has never been this place's strong suit, but seems like the new manager hates the residents. Terrible customer service. Additionally, I keep getting random notices that I owe 30$ but cannot get anyone to tell me why these notices are being sent. My account has been so mismanaged that one office employee was unable to decipher my account history, and I am still waiting for an answer a month later. Review from 2/3/17 on Apartment Ratings
