I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Armstrong Apartments in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The apartment consist of 4 bedroom 2 bath. (Student-living base) 🚶 walking or 🚍 bus ride to LSU Campus.
One Bedroom is being sublease at the price of $.. The apartment is fully furnished with full/queen bed, washer and dryer and living room set. Cable and internet is included in the rent payment. Utilities are separate but will be split between 4 people.
You are allowed to paint the walls and also hang things up on them. I will pay the . fee for the sublease fee and the summer utilities (June and July only).
Lease needs to be signed ASAP. This offer will not last long, stated that I will pay majority of the fees.
