Apr 2016: I lived in the studio apartments for almost a year with my boyfriend and our dog while attending LSU. The managment was always nice and we never had any problems at all. All our neighbors were very quiet as most were students. While it may not be the nicest place, it had everything we needed and we liked living here. There is a pull down bed that we put up during the day, a big closet, and a built in desk and drawers in the back hallway. The only problem we ever had was with the wifi, which is supposed to be used mainly for homework and nothing else (like Netflix and such) so that it will work for everyone.
