Jan 2019: just renewed my lease with Treehouse Apartments! I am very content with how comfortable the place is, it feels like my home away from home. The costumer service is AMAZING! The people in the office are so nice and extremely helpful. Really recommend these apartments, they are very affordable, in a great location and the costumer service is impeccable. Jan 2019: I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed my time living here. The property manager and leasing agent are always super helpful and reply to emails quickly. The location is great for students and the property is always well kept. The office offers free printing during working hours which is great when I need something quick! Maintenance is always super respectful of privacy and works fast on problems that need addressed! I signed to live here again next year! Jan 2019: I’ve lived at Treehouse for 2 years now and the convenience is hands down the best part. It’s a 10-15 minute walk or shorter to West Campus at Texas A&M, Kyle Field, Reed Area, and Olsen Field. There’s also a bus route to main campus of the weather doesn’t permit. Rent is very reasonable and work orders are almost always resolved the same day. The main office also always has snacks and soda for residents which is super nice! Review from Google
Jan 2019: I've lived here for the last 4 years while attending grad school at Texas A&M. The location is excellent. There is a bus route next to the apartments, and the University isn't too far away to walk if the weather is nice. The staff is excellent, and work orders tend to get fixed the same day that they're reported. The apartments are pet friendly, and rent is very reasonable. I'm definitely planning on staying here until I graduate. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Great facilities, great management. Maintenance will come the same day you request and almost always fix it that day if possible. Only complaint is that I wasn't able to upgrade to a large apartment when I renewed my lease because I would have had to re-pay the application fee, security deposit, and pet deposit, and I couldn't afford justify that. Prices are reasonable and a good location if you're a student. Sep 2018: Do NOT move in here!! If you want cheap, I’d recommend Gateway apartments right down the street, at least they have better management. The management here is terrible and unhelpful. If you have to move in, then I recommend getting renters insurance because bad things are bound to happen here. Everything in this apartment complex is so old and useless. The electricity bill will come out high bc of how much energy it cost to run the thousand year old AC. During the summer, the AC stopped working at least 3 times!! During the winter, one of the pipes burst and leaked water into my room. A huge chunk of the roof fell down and the dirty water ruined my personal belongings. They fixed the roof but they would not reimburse the damage caused to my belongings even though it was their fault for having bad pipes. They explained I can get the deposit back if I move in, which does not make any sense. Aug 2018: I have lived here for about 2 months now and am loving it so far. It seems like a quiet community which I really like and it is right next to campus. The apartments are dated, but you can definitely make them feel homey and nice. The management has been great to me so far, so no problems there. I have had some issues with my AC but every time I put in a maintenance request someone comes out within a couple of hours and management has not given me a hard time about it at all. I was nervous about not having a washer/dryer in my apartment but the laundry facilities that the complex provides are very nice, clean and cheap! Also, I have seen other comments about how the internet doesn’t work but I haven’t had any problems with that either. Apr 2017: We wanted to ask about the availabiltu of apartments and more, the staff who was there did not seem to talk to us. Everything she told us to the contrary to the information on the website! Either they are not updating their website, or the lady was confused or had a thing going on in her mind. From what I saw on their website, I could have signed a lease today, but the reality on the ground was different. May be it was just .... If you unfortunately already signed the lease, be sure to get PHOTO/ VIDEO EVIDENCE of every little thing that's wrong with the apartment. Or prepare to pay.

Horrible manager with the worst attitude I have ever experienced in college station in four years.The apartment was in gross order when i moved in.we ended up not getting our deposit back plus owing 1000 for something we not responsible for.

Aug 2015: Never move in! I just moved in in May and the place was horrible. The carpets were not installed correctly, did not have a lock on my window and the main window in my apartment is not true glass. It was replaced by plexiglass. I had no cold water when I moved in and had to get it fixed twice. Not even a week after moving in my AC unit went out. They tried to tell me it was not an emergency. How is this not an emergency in the summer?! They never want to fix anything and if you have to call and talk to the manager she is always "gone" or "in a meeting".

The only thing I did not like is their free internet. If you like fast internet, you will have to buy your own. Overall, it's a cheap and good place to live as a student.
