Jun 2019: Terrible terrible place. I stayed here last year and regretted my entire stay. Rooms are tiny in the 2x1.5 townhouse. They never responded to any maintenance requests. Massive cockroach infestations in all units I know. Their pest control is useless. Floors are squeaky and all the fittings and cabinets are old af. Live here only if on a very tight budget. Review from GoogleMay 2019: Really bad place to stay and there are lot of cockroaches in this place. The service is very poor and the washer and dryer are not that good too. It's cheap that's the only advantage you will have here but I will say at the end you will regret staying here. Review from Google

Oct 2017: Lovely place to stay with affordable amenities and one of the best locations to live in College Station. Review from GoogleSep 2017: An economical space with most of the utilities. Most of the houses have refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and induction stoves(coils). Only bad thing is there are no white bulbs, it will be tough for especially students to study in yellow light bulbs. But you can always buy one from Walmart or any nearbuy stores.

Review from GoogleAug 2016: There are many reasons why I DO not recommend this apartment. To begin with, when we moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly. There was dirt on the carpets, the kitchen was shabby and shower was not working fine. Bed bug problem is very prominent here and the management blames it on you even if it had been just a week when we moved in. The treatment is not free by the way. They lie if they say that they had done the bed bug treatment before you moved in!! They are very slow on maintenance request even if they claim to have a 24 hrs maintenance person available.

Apr 2015: I came here based on the reviews and I'm glad I decided to lease here! The girl at the front took her time talking to me and my mom about the property and we just left with a real good feeling about the place. We came back after hours to walk around and see how it was and ran into some current residents who had nothing but great things to say. Needless to say we were sold and leased the following morning. I'm very happy with my decision and so glad my apartment hunt is officially over! can't wait to move in!

I love the fact I can pay my rent online and do not have to go find some place to get a money order.. This might be an older complex but it is quiet and clean and my apartment is spacious and the rent is fair.
