Apr 2017: James Mullen, Thank you for saying the Revelry Townhomes are nice. We appreciate that. They are very nice! I wanted to clear up some things that you clearly do not understand about our management and your experience. Your alleged "break in" was actually your drug dealers &/or drug buying customers kicking your door in. The police actually asked us to not fix your door during the middle of their investigation. At the time their intent was to charge you with criminal charges for filing a false police report(twice). As you know, you were, at the time, in the process of being evicted for non-payment of rent. A copy of the judgement is attached.
All of the units ARE nice. Even the one you lived in that we had to do well over $10,000 worth of repairs to to include fixing the pet urine, holes in walls, etc done by you during your tenancy Review from GoogleJan 2017: How do I explain this place. Well honestly the townhomes themselves are nice. I give it one star because of how you get treated here!!! We recently had 4 people break in to our home, assault me and my roommate, I got stabbed with a knife and had to go to the hospital. The people kicked in my front door also broke our backdoor window to get it. It's been over THREE WEEKS and or doors are still not secure!!! We've contacted them since the day this happened for them to fix this. Even the police said they should be here THE NEXT DAY after something like this happens because we're victims in a assault. But absolutely nothing has been done on there end. So when my roommate and I want to get out of our lease cuz by law they are required to have fixed this immediately.

Jul 2016: The social environment at The Revelry is exceptional. The private new pool, and BBQ area to relax at in the summer which is just out your backdoor. This is the best place to live in College Station. Review from Google

Dec 2015: The finishes are clearly made of the best quality materials & looks amazing! The rooms are spacious & even the closets have plenty of built-in storage. Ideal for people with pets because of the spacious backyards that all have their own fence. Each townhouse has a two car garage and plenty of driveway space to fit multiple cars.
