It is fully furnished, on a 🚍 bus route to TAMU and Blinn, each room has its own bathroom, balcony, gym, 🏊 pools, 🎥 movie room, stainless steel appliances, parking garage, trash valet, 🐕 pet friendly, and close to the mall and wolf pen park!! There is a signing fee the sublet will have to split with us. Please let me know if you’d like to move in for the school year!! You get to pick your own roommates so get your friends and let me know! :)
