Apr 2017: The rooms look nice but my room had an ant infestation and mold (the maintenance didn't think either were a problem worth fixing). The kitchen staff is rude except one woman who is very friendly. The food is average but breakfast is a gamble. Sometime there wouldn't be any eggs left and there was no kitchen staff in sight to ask for more (this happened multiple times). The pool and eno areas are very nice! If you have a room that over looks the pool it can be loud sometimes. The bedroom walls are thin so you can hear activities that are happening in other rooms. When I lived there the third floor was known for their weed problem.

Feb 2017: I’m currently living at the Cambridge, and I have mostly good things to say about it! All of the employees (RA’s, maids, cafeteria workers, maintenance men) are super helpful and there’s definitely no “satanic/demon worshipping†going on which is something mentioned some previous reviews I have read. The amenities such as the pool, game room, theatre room and tanning rooms are quite nice, but personally I didn’t use them much in my free time, the most used for me was definitely the study room, but a downside to this is if you want to print anything for class from the computers in the study hall, you’d have to find a way to print it on the printer in the lobby, so that’s pretty inconvenient.

I've read previous reviews on this place and i thought people were just being over dramatic on how they think this place is bad. It really is that bad, besides some of the ridiculous stuff of course. Over the few weeks I've been here, I can't remember a week where there hasn't been an outrageous maintenance problem that you would think would be taken care of before you're a resident. The first day I was here my roommates and i were having bad water damage and roof leaks to our room. Another week i woke up to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. another week the elevators were down for 2 days straight. The bathroom sinks and toilets were already clogged for some reason before i used them.

Oct 2016: Lived here for a year and half, and it was an OK experience. In the end, its a dorm, and you can't expect it to be The Ritz. The food was good, and there is a decent variety. Most of the RA's work hard to make their residents feel welcome and show them how to transition to college life. They have had problems with crickets in the past, but that's mostly due to kids eating in their rooms, which have carpet and probably aren't cleaned to often by the kids.

Jun 2016: I love living at The Cambridge! As an incoming freshman, it was great transition housing! Everything you could reasonably ask for is provided, and the cafe was so convenient to have. The staff was friendly, and I met several new best friends living here. The living arrangements are nice, and any problems are soon dealt with by maintenance. Some people are leaving angry reviews, but I've never had problems. It's luxury housing at a reasonable price, and I felt so fortunate living here that I decided to stay again. It truly was a home away from home, and all second semester, I dreaded leaving it, so I didn't. Is it perfect? No, but I've yet to find anything that is, and it doesn't diminish the value of living here. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for housing!

He told me there are demonic rituals going on, amongst other very questionable activity. (I'm in the process of investigating that further)
As I went to pay his balance off, I confirmed with XXXX (RA?), is this $2,300 covering him through end of lease? Confirmed via phone & email. These people act clueless when it's their mistake. After I broke my bank paying $2,300, I got a late notice for another month's rent after being told, his balance was paid.

May 2016: Howdy! I lived at Cambridge this past year. It was definitely nice to be so close to campus. I had 8:00 AM's every day so being close was a blessing.
All I can tell you is I just moved from the Cambridge and I was weeping I was so excited to leave. There is everything wrong with this place. You name it and it's probably an issue. I mean this harshly and scarily because it is so true. At the midway point in my semester I was up late studying in my room. I heard a scream outside so I looked out my window. I witnessed a girl being held at gunpoint by a man. By this point I was shaking so I called down stairs to the security guard. He didn't seem worried and didn't do a thing about it; as if he didn't believe me.

Nov 2015: don't do it. You will get tired of the food, you will get claustrophobic, your AC will give out on you, you will have cockroaches, your ceiling will leak, and your shower will have the lowest water pressure in the world. They will also evict you for nothing and your roommate will have intercourse while you are sleeping. The beds are creaky and rooms are small.All those things happened to me. Horrible place, I hated it. Oh and have I mentioned it is WAY overpriced? Yeah, like another 10 grands when you could get twice the quality for half of that!

I have found 5 cockroaches in my room, one actually got on my arm! :D Lovely place for you bug lovers, and people who don't enjoy using the internet! Can hear neighbors fairly well, not a very pretty place, inside is cool but the surrounding area is sketchy. I hate this place and would advise anyone to take their money ANYWHERE else. They have laundry facilities, but they gross me out and are super expensive. Do not bring your money here. Expensive, dirty, COCKROACHES, just all around awful place. WiFi is so unreliable. Also, they make it seem like it's good that this is the last stop on the bus route BUT DO NOT LISTEN! THE BUS PASSES YOU WHEN ITS FULL. THIS HAPPENS A LOT.
