While the property is older, they are working to remodel the interiors of the apartments and maintenance is great. Management is also superb in responding to any concerns or complaints and goes above and beyond expectations to get them resolved. For the price, I don't think you can find a better place to live! Apr 2018: It's a good place for living due to its cheap rent and nice environment. I have lived here for 7 months. although it's an old apartment I still want to recommend it because of its kind office staffs and their prompt response for services. Review from Google
Apr 2018: The management tries their best and that's all we can really hope for. They do great in assisting us and in trying to accommodate us. As for the apartment, the walls are pretty thin and that's the only downfall to me. I can hear the shower waters turned on and it's really loud. I can also hear my neighbors walking upstairs and I know they are just walking normally. It's a good price to live here though, so this isn't enough of a reason to want to leave this place. but find some small problems.
1. no washer or dryer in 2/3 bedrooms apartment. laundry room.
2. if you live at first floor. careful about the noise from upstairs.
3. nobody is at work.
4. bad internet. ping always more than 500ms. F rate- very poor line quality!

I'm a grad student and was looking for something quieter and away from campus to avoid the party scene. This place is perfect. Noise from neighbors is minimal, and most of the time, I can't hear anything at all. I've seen everything from old married couples, to newlyweds, to even families with kids. It's definitely reasonable for the price and have been completely renovated..I think it looks brand new! Management (Kayleigh) is super nice and helpful for whatever you need. No super nice amenities like pools or clubhouses, but I wasn't looking for that either. I highly recommend living here! Pros:
-Very spacious, bedrooms and closets are very big
-Nice carpeting and floors
-No bugs! Never had a problem with roaches or bedbugs, although the occasional tiny spider or fly will sneak in
-Management is very friendly
-Appliances are good
-Maintenance is wonderful! A+ for those guys
-There is a nice pool, but I never used it
-Laundry facility is minimal and somewhat untidy but not atrocious
Cons:
-Neighboring housing is... questionable at times; for example car alarms going off at night and partying across the street. I didn't find this super disruptive
-THE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS DRIVE ME INSANE. Literally hear EVERYTHING. They have dogs, I can hear when they scratch. May 2015: I've lived here for a year now and its been a satisfying experience. Yes, the buildings are old but its a value place. You shouldn't come to this place looking for something without even some squeaks on the floor considering this place is older than most of the college students around.
The staff is very friendly and nice and responds to work orders at a reasonable time. However, I've had issues with heater unit and asked multiple times but it wasn't properly fixed which resulted in doubled electricity bill the months it was cold (while having a cold house to live in).
Despite that one incident, This place has been a relatively good place to live. If anyone was looking for a value place to live, I would definitely recommend people to live here. Review from Google
