Jun 2019: Awesome folks!!! Any maintenance issues, they are on it!!! Review from GoogleMay 2019: Pretty satisfied with apartment complex! Management is superb(Rachel, Kendall, and Cierra!!!), and with that things run in order such as maintenance, and property amenities staying up to date! Pretty safe as the Saint Joseph's hospital is the apartment complex's backyard. Thanks to all, and will be a bummer to leave, but I am in need of a upgrade, and unfortunately will not adjoin households incomes to make up for 3x times rent. Mar 2019: Do NOT move here
My a/c was broken the ENTIRE year i lived here after numerous times of telling them they just told me it was because i was going in and out too much. It was 98 degrees at midnight!!!! My newborn cried for the first two weeks because he was so hot. Then Ciara is a liar. She will tell you one thing trying to help you out but if management above her gets involved she will throw you and everyone under the bus! Then when you move out if the house isn't clean enough to their standards they will charge you for EVERYTHING! Like if they have to clean a mirror or a window they charge you just to clean it!! I get charging for damages but that is way too much. don;t believe me? ask them for the charge list when you move out! THEN they approve of their maintenance taking pictures of YOUR backyard that has a privacy fence! Serously, move anywhere else... Review from Google

Dec 2018: Overpriced. Tile need to be redone in the bathroom. They have ignored my work orders. The disposal keeps clogging up left a bad smell in my apartment. I guess the staff didn't think it was important enough because maintenance forgot to come fix it, so I had to fix it myself. Neighbors are nosey and will call the cops on you for coughing too loud in your own apt. Washing machine is always broke. Staff is not friendly. Review from Google
Jan 2018: We lived in Riverstone for 1.5 years (July 2016-Jan 2018) and overall were pleased with our experience there. Maintenance was generally excellent. They were friendly, responded quickly, and we never had to haggle with Riverstone about repairing things. They would even sometimes replace things that probably could have just been patched up. All in all, maintenance was a positive experience for us at Riverstone and, in our experience, one of the strengths of the complex. In fact, they were generally so good that I'm surprised to read other reviews where people had issues with maintenance. Those may be exceptions or there may be more there than they're letting on, because our experience was that they were always fast, prompt, and fixed things up, big or small, without too much trouble.

Dec 2017: I’ve lived at Riverstone since July of this year. I haven’t had any problems with management or maintenance at all. Our AC went out once on a Saturday night, and they put in 2 window units to keep the place cool while they fixed the problem. It was fixed and the window units were removed by Monday morning. We moved in to a clean apartment with brand new carpeting installed. It’s definitely an older complex, but it’s pretty nice for what you pay. My only complaint would be the appliances- they could definitely use some updating. Outside of that, we haven’t had any problems. The area is pretty quiet and I’ve never felt unsafe or uncomfortable there. I’ll update when we move if anything changes. Review from GoogleJul 2017: If I could leave less then one star I would. The management is incompetent and the maintenance team rarely fixes anything in liue of leaving a completion notice. We've had one huge leak which led to mushrooms growing out of our staircase and their solution was to busy a huge hole in the stairwell and unhook the dryer exhaust in order to "let it breathe" our a/c has been broken since day one and after an entire leasing year of attempting to get anyone too do anything around this hell hole I have finally given up. Jun 2017: I want to leave a fair and honest review of Riverstone after staying here for 2 years.
Pros: The apartments are nice for the price you are paying. We felt very happy with the amount of space we had. The closets are huge, we had under the stair storage, and the layout makes sense for either small families or roommates sharing the place.
Our utility bill never went over $140 (even in the summer) and water was around $20 on average. So the apartments seem to be very energy efficient.

I've lived in two units here, one had a water leak onto my tv and had cockeroaches and the second just had a water leak so bad it flooded my entire apartment 3 inches and flooded into the 3 neighboring apartments and ruined everything I own basically including all my electronics. Not to mention my boyfriend was electrocuted during this disaster I'm so disgusted.. besides that they never use a cent of rent to fix or update anything there's cracks in the wall foundation, 100 layers of paint on everything ... Review from 12/3/16 on Apartment RatingsOct 2016: We moved here April 2015 and and really enjoy living here. It has free cable/internet/gym membership. You may have to buy your own microwave, but for me this was only a bonus being able to get what I actually want. There is washer/dryer connections and an on-site laundry building. I've never had any of my vehicles broken into or any worry of it. The aggie spirit bus stop for route 12 is right around the corner about 5 minutes walk, and I would often come home late from the bus about 10:30pm without a worry! It's a really safe area! It is right next to the hospital, you could walk there.

They are quick to respond to anything that might be wrong, or just questions regarding the apartment. The maintenance guys are prompt and usually come within 24 hours of the request. The area around the apartment is very quiet, and clean. The apartment is close to other things in the community, which makes it very convenient. Over-all, I am very pleased with Riverstone Apartments and would recommend this facility to others.

While visiting a friend at Riverstone, my car was broken into and my laptop stolen. Normally I wouldn't complain, but this is the 2nd time since she's lived here and I had valuable pics on that computer. Pictures I will never get back. My laptop was hidden.
Please note that most of the complaints on here get a response from the manager, but the "positive ratings" get no response. Yeah, probably because they're fake.

I would event people to move into this complex. The staff is very kind and understanding. I enjoy the neighbors and it is very clean.
