I signed the lease back in October, so the rent is fixed at just $. All utilities (e.g. 🌊 water,💡electricity) are included in the rent, and there are no caps on utilities either. The internet is also very fast, with speeds of mbps+ on an average day.
It is fully furnished with an in-unit washer & dryer, and you get a private bathroom.
This unit is close to the elevator and on the 4th floor of Hillside 5.
I know that 2 out of 3 of my roommates won&#;t be returning because they graduated in Spring . The last roommate is really chill and he keeps to himself most of the ⌚time.
