My fiancee and I just signed our third year lease and we couldn't be happier with where we are. We feel safe, maintanance is quick responding and on point and best of all; they have gone absolutely out of their way to make my apartment accessible to me as a handicapped person. They've taken care of concerns before we even bring them up. For the great price of rent, this is seriously one of the best places you will find in College Station.Jan 2019: Horrible experience. Another tenant threatened me and the manager immediately took the other tenants side. What followed was a string of lease violations which costed $1000s. The lower reviews are fake as they are the same word for word across Facebook, yelp, etc. Trust me skip this place, it is hell on earth from the constant trespassing inside your home by management and the lack of care given to the residence and lawn. Hunters Point has not only quiet environment that might be good for you if you're grad student, but also a bus stop for aggies which is very convenience to commute.
In addition, it has home-style units with each private yard in reasonable price compare to other duplexes. This point had decisive effect on me to live here. What i would not recommend is staying on the bottom floor, as with any apartment you'll never know what type of neighbors you'll have. Mine are super loud and walk across the floor as if have bricks tied to their feet. The floors are super thin between apartments and you will be able to hear everything. That being said, if you live on the top floor be mindful of your neighbors down stairs because they can hear everything. They always speak to you and ask if everything is going okay or if you've had any problems. Any maintenance issues (I haven't had many at all) are taken care of right away. There is a laundry facility on the property that has a digital keypad lock (so only residents that have the code can get in; no randoms) and there is a website/app you can use to monitor the status of washers and dryers showing which are in use or available. Due to the two bedroom models having washers/dryers in units, the laundry facility is hardly ever packed. Hunters point is pet friendly with an affordable pet rent and even has waste bags for your pet on the property. Great sense of community and overally pretty quiet, with 1&2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom duplexes! Wate Review from GoogleDec 2017: Great place to live! Very friendly and good management. Everywhere.Then, I finally got rid of them and for about a year and a half, I had no issues. I started noticing the carpet in my bedroom would get wet every time it rained. When I reported it (several times), they told me it was my bathtub leaking but no one ever came to check on it. Then, one day I discovered mold all over my belongings under my bed as well as on everything that was on the ground in my closet. My A&M cap and gown that I had stored away were completely ruined along with lots of other irreplaceable items.

Review from 5/17/15 on GoogleFeb 2015: Great place to live! I have lived in College Station all my life and definitely know the Hunters Point Apartments. The Community is in a great location and has easy access to all roads that can get you around town very quick. The manager is also quite friendly. I have a few friends that live there and I've seen maintenance come out and take care of things that needed to be fixed on time! There was never a wait for anything. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're going to A&M. It's an easy bike ride/walk to campus for school and football games! Review from Google
