May 2017: Absolutely loved living here and would have stayed if we hadn't bought a house. MGMT is great, maintenance is very friendly, and grounds are always kept clean. Very quiet even for SW Parkway.
Review from 5/23/17 on GoogleJul 2016: I LOVE living here! I have lived here for a year now and have re-signed my lease for another year. They recently switched management/ownership over the property and it has improved greatly. Before, the manager was never around and things didn't get taken care of but since the switch customer service has been amazing! Here are a few things I love about Hillstone:
1) The rent is reasonable. There are NO amenities here so the rent is cheaper than most places for this size apartment. I don't care about having a gym or a pool so this works perfectly for me. Why pay for something I don't need?
2) The living room and kitchen are very large. The kitchen especially! They are all two bedroom units with one bathroom and I have plenty of room. My friends are amazed that I can afford a space this large on my own.
3) It's quiet! I am a college grad so I Review from GoogleSep 2015: Hillstone on the parkway Apartment collegestation texas. we would not recommend to stay in this apartment because of following reasons.
1) Supervisor/Leasing office person will not be available and will be closed most of time.
2) Fixing the problem in the apartment will take long time .
3) room temperatue will not work atleast twice a month and in summer it will be too difficult to stay.
4) Supervisor not at all responsible and u will never get any support.
5) before signing the lease they will give false promoise but after u come you will not get what they have said at the time of signing the lease.
6) One good thing is Kitchen is bigger .
7) Bathroom is very very small .. They will just show the model at the time leasing , There itself u can see bathroom is small.
8) No pool and No gym but they charge more than others near that location. Nov 2014: Really nice apartments & a REALLY great price. Very spacious Kitchen, Bedroom, Living room, & huge closet.
There aren't any amenities, so their prices can be lower for a really nice apartment.
There have been some issues (that I somewhat expect at a small apartment complex) and I have given the staff hell about some of them, but they follow through and try their hardest to keep residents happy. Review from Google
