Hi, Loading...

Sep 2019: Quiet area, well lit at night (College Main St has street lights as far as the eye can see and is a nice walk) and grocery stores/entertainment is just a 5 minute drive. Complex is mostly college students who are gone most of the day and never saw anyone loud or rowdy. Management is friendly and maintenance workers are quick to get your squeaky door fixed or handle broken blinds or whatever is needed. Nice pool and a small gym as well—both not usually occupied but are kept clean and easily accessible. Pet friendly as well, which is a huge plus Review from Google
Aug 2019: I lived at Country Place Apartments for 4 years during my undergrad studies & it was the most quietest, least expensive, pet friendly, commuter friendly apartments. My neighbors around me were really friendly & quiet. The staff was great, especially the fun holiday parties they would throw for the residents with special prizes! Maintenance was always on top of work orders that were put in no matter what time of the day or day of the week. Very affordable living compared to living elsewhere. I've never had any issues during my 4 years of living there. The apartments are getting upgraded to cost efficient appliances now & hardwood floors. Again, very quiet area to live at & a short distance to the bus stop/A&M campus/Northgate. There are laundry facilities on site so it's conveniently close no matter what building you are living in. The staff notifies residents when packages get received that are too large for the mailboxes & that can be via email or text, which is very convenient! I definitely recommend living here if you are searching for a cost efficient, quiet, least expensive apartment in the Bryan/College Station area Review from Google
Aug 2019: I lived here for about a year and it was perfectly quiet and kept very clean. The staff was super friendly and honestly I don't have anything I can complain about really. They are pet friendly so if you have a sweet dog you can totally take them to the front office to love on. I'm not really sure what all the other questionable reviews are about but they seem a bit long winded and hard to read so if you've made it this far... It's nice, cheap, quiet, pet friendly and the staff is super agreeable and are willing to work with you if life happens lol go check them out. Review from Google
Aug 2019: This place is good to live at. But they charge you a lot of money after you move out. I was charged $400 after I moved out. Be careful before you decide to live there. Review from Google
Aug 2019: don't TAKE THIS APARTMENT. THEY WILL SCREW YOUR CREDIT RECORD!!! I lived here 2 yrs back. They never sent us any form of notice of outstanding bill. They created a document for $70 after we moved out and sent it to collection agency. After 2 years, I got a hit in my credit score saying I have an outstanding bill for not cleaning the walls, fan etc. Above that, they gave a fake address to the collection agency so that we can't be directly notified. I got notified through my credit card that a collection agency is involved with my account. Its not just me, I read through their reviews in Google and Yelp, they have been doing this for a while on several tenants. When I asked them why they gave a fake address to the collection agency, they asked me to file a dispute with a collection agency. The collection agency asked me to talk to leasing office. I am like stuck in between with a screwed up credit report. Review from Google
Jul 2019: I had given it four stars previously and this was my review " If you get a renovated apartment, it is good. Staff are friendly. The gym is quite useful." I am changing my review based on my friend's experience. He was a tenant at county place couple of years back and is now going through a horrible situation because of the irresponsibility of the staff over there. He never missed a payment but two years after vacating he had a really bad hit on his credit report because he did not pay a $70 cleaning fees which he was never informed of. The collection agency is having a random address in their book for him even though his roommate provided a new address while vacating. He was never contacted electronically. He has been in touch with the county place staff ever since and the responses are pretty much rude and evasive. A bad credit score and credit report affect your credibility in this country and if the country place management cannot take the responsibility of their actions, it shows that they are in this business just for money Review from Google
Jul 2019: Decent apartments with good management. Lived here for two years. Maintenance was quick. Review from Google
Jul 2019: sooo... let me give y’all the run down. I just moved in here two days ago on 6/29.. they let me move into a unit with a broke air conditioner. I called the office and when maintenance came they said that they had fixed the unit Tuesday and it broke again wednesday and they fixed it. They said they left it on Thursday and Friday and it was good and Friday management walked the complex and turned the ac off. So .. I payed a pro rated rent of $57 and some change.. for the two days before the 1st which is today. Maintenance said they’d fixed it FIRST thing Monday ( today) and it still isn’t fixed. I haven’t even stayed here because it’s so HOT. The thermostat reads a reading of 85 degrees and it was 90 the other days. The officer manager told me this morning that they were working on it. It’s yet to be fixed. imagine moving from Houston into a unit where it was KNOWN to have AC issues and having to get a hotel for two nights ( spending extra money) because I have a two year old some who has Asthma and can’t be in heat for too long Review from Google

Jun 2019: I lived here a couple years ago. The apartment community is quiet and in an amazing location. However, the apartments are pretty outdated. I'm leaving a 1 star review because at the end of my lease they tried to charge me 270 for replacing old carpet that wasn't already in good condition when I moved in. Review from Google
May 2019: I lived in this apartment for 3 years and I liked it a lot. It's one of the good apartment at a reasonable price located in the college main area. The management was also good at that time, they were very prompt on their maintenance. The apartment is located on the bus route and you can walk also from there to college. It will take hardly 10 mins. Review from Google
Mar 2019: Great place to stay in BCS region. Very friendly staff at leasing office and quick response to any issue at home. They are very helpful and the surroundings are quiet usually.
Mar 2019: I stayed here a while back and have some friends that still live here. Good memories.
Jan 2019: These apartments are very old and could use renovating on each apartment separately instead of some. It is a very quiet environment and everyone around pretty much keeps to themselves. There is often a few issues with water pipes. The front office frequently sends out emails about those issues. Ms. Jennifer is nice and Tiandrea was the best ! (So sad that she left) but i ran into an issue towards the end of my lease. My package from USPS stated delivered and also stated that it would be in the “front office, mail room, receptionist desk”. I asked the office where my package was and they had no clue. They said that they even went through their records of mail because they keep records of every package that comes through the office and it wasn’t even in the system. After that, i contacted USPS and they gave me every bit of evidence that th Review from Google
Oct 2018: Living for 2 months now and honestly it's far better than college mains or cherry albeit slightly expensive but it pays off. Review from Google
Sep 2018: What are "drip pans", and why am I being charged over $100 for them being dirty, when moving out? Whatever, I guess. there are huge gapping cracks around the window and door seals. Say goodbye to your electric bill money. I actually installed my own rubber sealing on the door so that I wouldn't feel random gusts of cold wind at my table. The management is reasonably nice. If you like submitting 2 or 3 work orders before something gets done, this should be a great place to check out. Leaking A/C units that will soak your entire hallway, which no maintenance workers will bother with your maintenance request.... Until your downstairs neighbor complains there is a leak in their apartment. However, for as cheap as the rent was, i will kill for it again. However, the rent has no choice but to be cheap because student in the area can't afford more. N Review from Google
Aug 2018: Mold in the AC unit it has been going on for weeks. The carpet is wet. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I loved living at Country Place and it was so quiet. I lived here all through graduate school (years) and had no issues. The unit i lived in faced College Main. In those units, you'll of course hear cars driving by and on Friday and Saturday nights, maybe the occasional drunken person but that's it. I never heard my neighbors or anything. I thought the staff was friendly (I mean, you just get packages from them). You're half a mile from campus (I just walked to campus everyday). The population seemed like a lot of graduate students and some families. Maintenance addressed issues the same day every time except once (not a big issue on that one). The pool was well kept (don't expect to swim laps). They got the gym a year or so before I moved out and I thought it was nice, but I mostly just went on runs around the area. The area is als Review from Google
Apr 2018: My experience was AWFUL. We moved out early due to not having hot water for weeks as well as maintenance entering our apartment and not leaving notice of entry. The staff is rude and negligent. We moved out over 2 months ago and just received an email that our hot water has finally been fixed. Would not recommend. Review from Google
Nov 2017: The management was super friendly and maintenance is always on top of things. My AC broke and they brought in a stand up AC immediately and the unit's AC was fixed by the next day. They have cute events with raffles and they're always up for a conversation. They have an exterminator who comes in regularly. I lived in a small 1/1 and would have signed again if my friends hadn't had urged me to live with them. Review from Google
Oct 2017: If you get a renovated apartment, it is good. Staffs are friendly. The gym is quite useful. Review from Google
Oct 2017: This is an older property, which should be taken into consideration; - cracks in sidewalk, established trees which drop acorns EVERYWHERE, etc.. But dang, management really knows how to treat residents, I arrived a day early on my move-in date and was given every ounce of understanding from Jennifer. The apartment itself is very sharp and modern; the property is seasoned but the interiors are completely redesigned. I have an open floor plan with excellent mood lighting and even better appliances. So many chill neighbors who helped me during move-in, ags at their finest. Check this place out, I'm sure they'll cut you a deal if you ask Review from Google
Sep 2017: Good apartment complex...a bit far from the university though Review from Google
Feb 2017: Very sweet people but they charge extra money as a scam. When I moved out I cleaned up I shampooed my carpet and my family members discarded of any extra furniture left inside of the house. I got a call stating that the apartment was left filthy & she had pictures to prove it. I told the manger to please send me pictures through email and she replied my email address was "invalid" all in all they're not good people so I don't recommend it. Nov 2016: After living there for about 6 years, I can say that it's a pretty enjoyable place to live. It's always quiet which is great for studying. The exception would be when a plane or train passes nearby (which isn't that loud except for military aircraft). The office staff are pleasant to talk to. Also, the maintanence staff are pretty responsive whenever you have to turn in a repair order. The latest addidtion of a workout room was also plus. The only thing I have not enjoyed about the apartments is the washer machines tend to break down on occasion (but there's more than one, so you can still do laundry. just figure out the least crowded time slot) and the recent paint job. Dark grey and neon green/orange isn't very country like. Review from Google
Feb 2016: Do not trust this place. They were so nice in the beginning, but then literally 8 months after my dtr moved out, we find that we have a collections agency stating that Country Place Apt has complaints against my dtr. They claim she left items in the apt - there was nothing in the apartment when my dtr toured the apt with the manager They are claiming damages to the carpet - there was no damage except for stains that were present when my dtr moved into the apartment - and there was no complaint when she turned in her keys.
