Not very far from the university (around 1.5 miles). Has university bus connectivity through Lincoln Ave. (Route 12) and has tons of restaurants nearby (Grub, Willies, Starbucks, Red Lobster, Blue Baker, Genghis Grill, etc all at walking distances). Apartments come with a fireplace and spacious living room. The management is quick to respond to complaints and is very supportive in general. To summarize, my overall experience has been really good here and I would highly recommend. Feb 2018: My husband and I have loved living at Cedar Creek Condos. It has a great location right off University, but still a little hidden. We love the apartment itself and have met some nice people around the complex. The staff is always nice and helpful. When we moved in we had a seriously terrible cockroach infestation. It was your basic nightmare. I'll spare you the details. Thankfully they let us leave after we had been here less than a month. One of the worst experiences I've ever had though. Scarred for life.
