About the apartment and benefits:- Aspire is a new luxury high-rise apartment complex in college station, built in (so it is is still very new and 🎇clean). The apartment is fully furnished and spacious with a great view of the 🏊 pool side. There are cool amenities like the 🏊 pool with a large screen for watching 🎥 movies, games etc, There is also a hour equipped gym and work out room, massage room, computer room, study rooms on every floor, resident clubroom, fun community events which include free🍕 food, gifts, yoga classes, and free resident massages from trained/professional masseuse! The apartment has vaulted ceilings which makes the room look even bigger and it also has a massive 🚶 walk-in closet that can fit an entire queen sized bed. It is also located very close to Texas A&M campus ( 2 mins 🚶 walk to Zachry Eng building) and very close to the North🌉 gate area. Maintenance and security staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rent is $/month (includes utilities like 🌊 water, trash, internet and cable). The unit is currently being sold by the apartment for more than $ so my offer of $ is a nice deal especially with the location, and the benefits that you get from living here.
