May 2018: The new apartment complex I live at doesn't have to give free movie tickets for writing a review for them like this place does. This is a terrible place to live. They caused a great hardship from me when I was moving out. They tried making me pay for a water stain on the patio caused by inadequate drainage one quarter of an inch off the ground. They said it was dog urine as if I would let my dog sit out there and piss on the concrete and live with that smell. They still haven't given me the money they owe me because that claim of P was ridiculous. Very disappointed with this place I would never recommend it or refer anybody to live here. And Pam don't bother putting out some phony apology and telling me that. You worked with me on my move out because you didn't. As soon as I disputed one charge you guys came up with the fake urine charge. Now Review from GoogleMay 2018: I have recently moved into this complex. I fell in love with my one bedroom, FOUR closet apartment. Love all the closet space.. amazing... They did a great job with the new upgrade. The staff is very professional, friendly & will try their best to accommodate any needs you may have. They teach Zumba at the Villagio which sold the deal for me. The instructor is so sweet & an amazing instructor. I have zero regrets moving here. Review from Google
May 2018: This place is a NIGHTMARE, I would not recommend living here to ANYONE. The worst place I have EVER lived. Maintenance came into our apartment multiple times with no reason, no requests, & no telling us when or why. The only reason we found out is because they left paint foot prints in our kitchen. Put in maintenance requests multiple times while there, dishwasher stopped working, they put in a “new†one that wasn’t any better, washer/dryer stopped working & flooded our patio, maintenance came to replace and was bitching the entire time, was very unprofessional and rude to me like I was an inconvenience to their oh so busy lives driving around on golf carts. Roof was leaking which they never fixed because they didn’t know how to so our hallway was pretty much flooded for 2 weeks. Also- maintenance takes their sweeet time getting to you Review from GoogleMay 2018: This was the first apartment we rented and didnt move to any, coz they are that good. Trust me, the management is the best you can ask for. They are always helpful and so friendly. I have stayed here for close to four years and have never had a complaint. They have renovated now and the apartments look so fresh and bright. The maintenance is top notch too. I can rave about them for hours on how good they are. The apartment is close to everything and I will definitely miss staying here. I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for an apartment. Jan 2018: This is beyond a nightmare for anyone who has a job! Do not move here unless you have a butt load of kids and then you'll feel right at home! You will NEVER rest with all the noise and bright lights in your bedroom window from the playground of which kids scream all day, all night, and on weekends too. I guess since the office is closed on the weekend they figure nobody else works on the weekends too! You never get a letter about construction or anything in advance. They lie and say they take all peoples complaints seriously but we have complained on the construction and now the playground since the first month we moved in! They do not care if people get tired of them and move out because they get paid by signing unsuspecting people like they did me. imgur.com/a/LCvKqDec 2017: First moving in wasn't so bad.Then i had not one but two instances where the maintainence staff came into my apartment without my permission, no email no call, and then they threatened to give me a 10 day notice because i had a guest at my house that answered the door instead of me because this person was not on my lease. They proceeded to send me an email letting me know they had entered my apartment while i was on the phone with them telling them how they did not send me an email. Ever since then i lost all trustworthiness towards this complex. Plus you shouldn't be paying $1,000 to live in a one bedroom next to Arizona Mills. Review from GoogleAug 2017: I moved in June, & honestly it is a great community! It it kept clean and quiet. Management is nice. The process went by very quickly! I needed a place asap and they helped me quickly. I only have one issue with my specific building, but I can address that issue directly to management. Work orders are taken care of fairly quick, I called in and within an hour maintenance guy was at my door. Never any issues with parking which is awesome! I've had to call maintenance quite a few times for simple things and they were always available within the same day. I actually really like that they do routine pest spraying every so often. We never had bug issues. Everyone in the office is super friendly and they really care about their tenants. I have personally emailed Pam the property manager and she has emailed me back within the hour. I lived on the Hardy side.
Review from 5/17/17 on GoogleApr 2017: Management is awsum. Great place 2 live and we just moved in 2 days ago. Love it here so far. I told the office the few things that needed fixed or replaced and they told us within 24-48hrs and maintenance was here within 2hrs and had everything fixed in less then 30min! All the ladies in the office are awesome and sooo friendly! Of all the complexes we looked at this 1 has been the best by far. We will leave another review in 6 months and hopefully things will still be the same.

I honestly cannot say enough great comments about the staff here. The community is very well maintained and calm thanks to the staff. They are very very professional and experienced individuals. Kudos to them if they ever get to read this. I highly recommend this place to any professional looking for a great place to live close to shopping, freeways and airport ( 10 mins ).

The ownership is constantly making improvements to the property. They just recently painted the outside of all the buildings and are renovation all their 3 pools. The ground is always well kept and clean. The community very pet-friendly with a dog park right on the property. Maintenance on the property is great. Never had a problem with maintenance and its done in a timely matter. The amenities are very good here with washer and dryers, free wifi, gym and free Zumba classes.

There are a bunch of (i really mean- a bunch of) apartments around here for lower rates and better options. I have more to say than to fill in this page. Maintenance - worst (they just did not do what i asked for even for emergency maintenance) Staff - not courteous Surroundings - dog poops can be found in the walk way, not a safer place to stay as there was shootings iniside the community Rent - High, they just increase rent for no reason Apartment interior - very old, can hear lot of sounds from upper/neighboring apartments - can even hear neighboring people having sex in the night - i mean to say - groaning and shouting.

-Management is incompetent and unhelpful. They do NOT value their time and they WILL waste yours. They WILL find a way to charge you for anything and everything they possibly can.
They aren't even skillful in their dishonesty. Notice the positive reviews below, glowing about free Zumba and the other useless selling points they use to lure people in. It's textbook. And then the responses, quickly labeling them "honest".. Transparent much? And then, when a few of us finally become annoyed enough to warn others away, our complaints are defensively discredited. don't be fooled my friends.

This was the cheapest in the area and for a good reason.
Apartments are poorly made with very cheap everything inside.
Our AC unit broke twice within 6 months.
They turned the water off with a two hour notice, as appose to a two day notice...
I got my car stolen, apartment broken into and robbed, a shooting, and also had my roommate's car broken into within a 60 day period. And all of which happened during daylight hours. Not a safe place to live what so ever. And when I notified the front office they did not care in the least bit and i felt beyond disrespected.

I been living here for 6 months and i love it here! parking is great i finally feel safe I understand that Tempe is high on crime especially for kidnapping and as i girl I feel the apartments are good! may the area around may not be so good, but i have not seen any homeless people wondering around the complex. I enjoy the free zumba classes and the gym which they have door security cards which is dumb because you have to carry 2 keys when you go. The inside of a 2 bedroom with washers inside is great!
We have not had any roaches or things like that which is a huge PLUS! Security i can't say much about because i only seen them walking late at night which is good i guess.
