I am looking for someone to take over my 1 one bedroom 1 bathroom apartment lease from whenever during the summer (flexible) till December. The apartment is in a 🌉 gated community, that is within 🚶 walking distance to ASU, with tons of amenities (free parking, 🏊 pools, fitness center ...) and part of University Square (from University Pointe). It will have new vinyl wood flooring, paint, appliances and tile backsplash in the kitchen. These apartments are usually hard to find since they sell out very quickly.
All utilities are included in rent except for 💡electricity.
