Hi, Loading...

Apr 2018: Crappy Apartment....none of the Laundry Machines work. The AC is a swarm unit, RIP during the Summer. This is what you get for a cheap price. Review from Google
Mar 2018: It is a good place to live but there are some shortcomings. Office is sometimes closed irregularly. Place to lock bike was broken about two years ago, i lost two bikes so far, even on repeated complaints to the office no action was taken. Air conditioning is really old, you cannot set a temperature and ineffective as well. Laundry is operated by third party that allows only their payment card which can be loaded on a machine in the office, it gets frustrating since we cannot load money unless office is open. Review from Google
Mar 2018: The office manager is totally incompetent and ACCIDENTALLY started the eviction process on three entire apartments because she USED THE WRONG FORM BY MISTAKE. If you want unnecessary legal trouble because management is underpaid and poorly trained, live here. Regular notices (for water turn offs, inspections, etc.) are usually misspelled, even. It's not professional and this is NOT someone you want to trust with legal documents like your lease, etc. She hates her job and is rude to tenants, like she wants them out of her office so she can go back to playing solitaire or something -- and that's when the office is open. She seems to leave early a LOT. I wonder if her boss knows. Just a terrible person. A real job would have fired her for her bad attitude and incompetence a long time ago. Their maintenance guy is really good at least so Review from Google
Jan 2018: The owner has been delaying demolishing the place to build/renewing a new one. As a result, they have been neglecting maintenance. Most of the systems like AC, hot water, sewer etc are at the end of their service life and keep breaking down frequently. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Worst apartment complex ever. Full of roaches and bugs. The a.c. In summer does not work when it's needed the most. The water is often horrible and not potable at all. No one responds to the complaints. AVOID AT EVER COST!! Review from Google
Nov 2017: If you are reading the other review. There is no "Danny". This person does not exist. There is 1 person that works. Her name is Lisa. She will tell you that people leave negative reviews because she evicted them. Well I am here, not evicted and you can show her my review. Roaches, Old chipped paint jobs, hot water does not work consistently, chiller is inconsistent. Junkies stay here. If she does a background check on someone and they are clean, they will let their junkie, ex con friends stay with them and there will be multiple people in one unit. The gates never work. When the gates are we working, your badge to get in won't work. Just about everything that could go wrong will go wrong for you if you rent here. can't tell you what to do but I will never rent here again Review from Google
Aug 2017: Amazing customer service and did the job quicker than expected. Danny came to my aid and talked me through the whole process and why I was charged specific fees. Really happy with this experience, would definitely use them in the future (hopefully don't have to though). Review from Google
Jun 2017: If Slum living is the life for you. This is the place. I wish you could leave 0 stars. (Management and maintenance is the worst) 1. Place is full of roaches. I have had the bug guy out repeatedly since I moved in. The bug guy verified multiple times they are not coming from my apartment, but are traveling here from other apartments. At the pool, next to the ladders is where the pigeons hang out and defecate all over the ground. Doesn’t get cleaned up. 2. The maintenance here is minimal at best. Corners cut every time. My A/C leaked in the apartment, and the management and maintenance both said, “Let’s just see if it dries up and the problem fixes itself”. A month later, I finally got a new A/C and the leak continued. Had wiring issues in a light fixture where water was pouring from the cling into the light because of a/c le Review from Google

Jan 2017: Staff is friendly, however that seems to be the only positive aspect of this location. 1.) Leasing office seems to make their own hours. They are never available when needed and most certainly do not accommadate those of us who don't work regular hour jobs. This alone has caused me to pay more late fees than anticipated by "''missing" the office workers (showing up at 4:10 when the office is SUPPOSED to close at 5) 2.) If you need repairs, don't even bother asking. Like other reviews have stated, they don't like to actually do the work. They simply look at it and assume that mechanical issues fix themselves. I had asked for my bathtub to be resurfaced (due to SEVERE peeling and chipping in the "fresh paint job") and it literally took more than three months for them to get to it not to mention I had to get rude the last few times. Dec 2016: Pool is not taken care of very well. Has been green a few times. Maintenance dumps some chemicals in it, it clears up, and all dead algae falls to the bottom. They don’t vacuum it up very well. You can see the dead algae at the bottom. Pigeons all over the pool. Have had overwhelming smell of epoxy throughout entire complex and apartment during remodeling. Told by office staff to just “open windows and doors and it will go away eventually”. Constant leaks and flooding from A/C chiller system. Ceiling was so wet that plaster was falling off. Told to just wait and let it dry, see if that fixes it. Review from 12/9/16 on Google

May 2016: I lived at Renue on Orange for two years and I liked it for the most part. There were however some issues that never seemed to get resolved and ultimately played into my decision to move. I'll start with the positive: - Smart layout and flow - Utilities included - Central location - Management and staff was attentive and addressed concerns quickly. Now for the negative: - Weird sink in the bedroom configuration - No dishwasher - No garbage disposal Review from 5/22/16 on Google
Mar 2015: I have personally lived here at ReNUE on Orange for a while now, and I love my apartment. I honestly can’t complain, a lot of these comments seem to be posted in the heat of the moment and out of rage. You just have to take a second and see what they really have to offer. What’s totally awesome is that ASU is just a short walk away, and all utilities are included! The Office staff is always in a great mood and willing to help when I bring something to their attention, and the Maintenance guys are always going out of their way to address anything that may need fixing in my home. My apartment is upgraded with new flooring and stainless steel appliances witch is my favorite feature they have to offer. Review from 3/18/15 on Google
Mar 2015: Overall it's a pretty nice place to live. Nice neighbors and office staff and a convenient location. It seems as though some people have had some issues with maintenance but my experience has been that the maintenance staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way to help out. Review from 3/3/15 on Google
Jul 2013: I have read some of the reviews and I guess your aloud to lie on here. I moved in here and I was shown the exact apartment I got. You have to pay higher to get a upgraded and newer appliances. My apartment doesn't have roaches but I was told when I moved in that their was a pest control company who came by weekly. People are misinformed about bedbugs they don't grow in apartments you can bring them in and it doesn't take nine months for them to show up some people just don't want to take the responsibility that they are the problem. The office and maintenance guy have always been very helpful. I noticed the manager actually trims the bushes and paints the outside of the property. How many managers do you know who have done that? It is an older property but well taken care of. Review from 7-16-2013 on Google
