Apr 2017: Cheaper than other apartments in the locality. Downsides, the cooler and heater facility will be turned on after a long delay. Cooler unit will not be turned until its peak summer and same applies for heater as well. Swimming pool will never be cleaned.

Feb 2017: The complex is invested with roaches and bed bugs. The management does nothing to help fix any issues brought to their attention. They are rude, condescending and worthless. Even since being under new management nothing has changed. Aside from the infestation Ive experience homeless people, theft and drug abuse on several occasions. This place is over priced, run down and infested.....and the rent just went up. don't waste your money here.

Jul 2016: My experience at this community has been awful. I never thought I would regret signing a lease and be in the situation I am currently in. The staff is unprofessional and isn't willing to work with me. After I took the first survey they sent me an email about mending the relationship but still have yet to take any steps to make that happen.

Jul 2016: The first person we spoke with was very informative and detailed about the apartment. We did return to the apartment complex and leased a unit. The experience has been interesting. The location of the community is centered in a great area that works for our family.

May 2016: I have enjoyed living at Standard. The issues I've read about have been resolved, such as replacement of the chiller last summer. The office girls have been responsive and I love the location. Apartments are made of concrete so they are soundproof. I also enjoy the cool design of the buildings and the apartment.

Feb 2016: Wish I could rate 0 stars. Living in this complex is the worst decision anyone could possibly make. The apartment itself isn't that bad. The worst problem we had was that the air conditioning would go out without notice and there were weird roach-like bugs with wings that were in the kitchen when we moved in. Cheap price, cheap apartment; it's expected. The crime in the area is also terrible. Several shootings occurred within the complex itself; our neighbors got in trouble for dealing pot and possession of cocaine. There are really shady people who live in the apartments because of how cheap it is. There were mean kids who would fight, throw rocks at cars, and scream at all hours of the night living right below us. We could never get anything done about it.
