Feb 2017: I love rating places High on here but sorry not sorry The Palms!!! This place looks amazing from the outside! But when you go in there are not many palm trees at all. The pool area is big but the so called music station they have playing is mostly commercials. I am glad my friend doesn't live by the pool due to that alone. No hook ups to play your own music. And everything by the pool is outdated! The staff is friendly. That fitness center is ok. But they really do need to do something soon! Almost $1200 for a one bedroom, what a rip off! Jan 2017: This apartment has been the best experience!! They are so great to work with! The assistant manager XXXX has been amazing! They have such great customer service and are always willing to work with you and always take care of our needs! Definitely would recommend. Review from 1/8/17 on Google
Dec 2016: The palms is great.! The management worked with us since day 1, and still 5 months later we love our place. We all have a choice on where to live, The Palms have made their goal to go beyond our expectations. Review from 12/20/16 on Google
May 2016: I love this place, the only reason people are giving bad reviews is because they feel entitled to things that management has no control over. This is honestly a beautiful place, and when I told them about my problems the ones they could fix were fixed the same day. Review from 5/20/16 on Google
Feb 2016: For the price you pay, choose somewhere else. It is nestled in between strip clubs, adult boutiques and sketchy motels. We were great tenants and never complained about our cars being broken into (two times), our medication being stolen, my brand new car getting dented on BOTH side doors the first night it was parked in the parking lot there, the fact that the pool has raging parties all summer until 4 in the morning with our sleeping baby even though the pool closes at "11 pm", that dog poo is constantly EVERYWHERE, that we paid a premium to be be next to the pool/hot tub and couldn't even use it for half the time (because in Sept. it gets freezing and they don't heat it and then the hot tub lights went out for part of our stay.) Review from 2/3/16 on Google
Nov 2015: Palms on Scottsdale is not a bad place. We've all in all had a positive experience. Management does a good job, and maintenance is quick. No place is perfect. They do a pretty good job here. Review from 11/4/15 on Google
Jul 2015: I have lived here for two years and have disliked it. The staff at the front desk is rude and usually unhelpful and they do not fix maintenance issues in a timely manner. For the price you pay I advise looking at other complexes in the area or closer to ASU's campus for you'll get what you are paying for - unlike The Palms. Review from 7/10/15 on Google
Apr 2015: Ask yourself the same question when you move out on your last day at this place. What made you fall in love with the place? For myself, this place is one of the better places to live, the staff is awesome, fair compassionate and friendly. There are some negative reviews here but that's because I'll know for a fact that the place was probably left filthy and expect the landlords to clean up after! I spent approximately 1 year there and the place is so convenient to the Airport and especially to A.S.U. Another perk is that it's very close to the 202 ramp. Review from 4/22/15 on Google

Jul 2014: Considering how close it is to ASU, it's barely a college apartment complex. The apartments are nice and spacious. The maintenance is quick and proficient. And the residents are fine. The only compliant is that finding uncovered parking during non business hours is difficult at times. There's has never been an instance where I was unable to find parking during the previously mentioned time-frame. However, don't expect to park right next to your building. This really isn't even a big deal though. I have legs, I can walk. Review from 7-12-2014 on Google
Jul 2014: Pros: Carpet is clean, very spacious, wood floors are nice Cons: You can tell they rushed things prior to move in. You can see paint splatters, the drains were rotten so i requested them to replace them, takes awhile for hot water to come out. Message to management: doesn't it make sense to just make sure the apartment is perfect before having people move in. Stop being cheap and just spend an extra day checking to see if everything is in good condition. It makes soo much sense and will save you time and money in the long run.
