I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease starting in Fall at The District on Apache! I live in a 4x4, but you can chose any room style!
My base rate is $ right now. If you take it over you would have to pay the new rates posted on their website. They go up the longer you wait to sign, so if you&#;re interested we can start as soon as possible!
Each person has their own bathroom and the common area has a kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, and 📺 tv. They are fully furnished. There&#;s a nice gym, sauna, and steam room. They also have a lazy river and hot tub! If you have a dog there&#;s an enclosed dog park as well. I can send pictures too if you want!
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
