Sep 2016: I loved living here so much!!! It's one of my favorite places I've rented. Very charming! It's close to the school and its close to food and stuff like that. Its got a nice atmosphere and the trees are lovely! And the layout of the apartment on the inside is great too!
I lived in The Quadrangles Apartments a year prior to living here and it was terrible... There were roaches everywhere! But at the Arbors I didn't see a single roach. So, if you hate them and want to avoid living with them, this is a great place!
So, If I needed to rent in Tempe again, this would be the place! Review from Google
Aug 2016: Maintenance man is very nice however new staff is rude. They seem annoyed by everything. It is also outrageous what I am paying for a studio when Ive seen roaches multiple times and I have had to call the police twice to get homeless men out of my lawn. You can find something better and cheaper I promise. Review from Google
Jan 2016: I am really not the type of person to write bad reviews for places but this definitely needed to be addressed. The Arbors was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Lived in 3 different places in here. They changed management in the middle of my stay there. They decided to build an unnecessarily large leasing office instead of putting money towards the really outdated units. The laundry facilities are not well maintained. We had to wash our daughters baby bottles in the bath tub for a week because the maintenance was so low staffed. We had a lot of plumbing issues throughout our stay. We would have moved out sooner but the rent is so overpriced that we couldn't afford to pay a down payment for a new place. I definitely DO not recommend the arbors to anyone. Review from Google
Aug 2015: This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have never left a google review for anything ever, much less an apartment complex, but my current experience is so terrible I just feel like people should know. First, they showed me an upgraded apartments, charged me for an upgraded unit, but then when I moved in the unit was nothing like the one they showed me. I should also note that when I showed up to sign my lease and get my keys, the apartment wasn't ready, and wasn't ready for three days after that, they never called to let me know it wasn't ready, nothing luckily I had my other lease for a few more weeks.

May 2015: Hate the management at this apartment complex. They don't respect their tenants and seem annoyed when asked to do anything. They have turned off water to my apartment without notice and have ignored maintenance issues in the complex. wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Jul 2014: Great, cheap apartments near ASU and Mill Ave. Melissa and the other people working in the office are always friendly and nice to talk to. The apartments are not luxurious, but certainly worth the price and maintenance requests through the office are always quickly taken care of. The only issues I have are with the rent payment system ($20!! to pay by card and really bad for using autopay) and the fact that the building are old (can sometimes hear neighbors, 18 layers of white paint on all the interior surfaces). Overall, I recommend the Arbors because of the value of living close by Downtown Tempe and the great office people.
