May 2017: Office full of liars. Before the switch-over of new management, I sent email confirmation of my intent to move out when my lease ended. Old management did not put this in their system as a confirmation that I was moving out when my lease ended. Went into the office and talked to a new manager that said I should just send a 30 day confirmation and would be fine to move out on time. Now strung into paying an extra month of rent after receiving email denying the validity of my 30 day notice. These people will take advantage of you and lie straight to your face to make money off you.

Jan 2017: It has been a great experience, no issues, staff is attentive when needed. One complaint would be the early hours of landscaping maintenance, it gets to the point where it wakes us up, and being someone that works multiple jobs, I dont want to be woken up by a lawn mower or a leaf blower. other than that no other comments.

Nov 2016: wonderful place to live neighbors are great no issues with them and the staff is good and friendly not too many issues rise with communicating with them. And a great location especially if you get around on the public transport or attend ASU.

May 2016: The A/C system is like from the last century. Oh I am sorry, but they don't have an A/C system. What they have is an air conditioner dated probably 1994 or something, which will only cause non heating problem or extreme coldness inside the room.
No sunlight at all if you keep the curtains down. If the curtains are up, then there is no privacy at all. I can never tell if it is night or day time if I stay indoor. can't open windows. If you want fresh air, get it with the hot air.
The cleaning worker who blows the leaves works every Tuesday morning at 7 am. So do not expect any sleep on Tuesday morning. Additionally, since there is a huge gap under the door, he is going to blow all the leaves and dust into your house. So enjoy the dirt.

Jan 2016: I really enjoyed living here. I moved from Michigan to Arizona and stayed in Mesa a couple days and was horrified by all the tweakers and psychos on the streets. Studio710 in Tempe was my first apartment and I wish I would have extended my lease. It is very safe and has a lot of college students living there. It is a bit pricey for studios but they have Smart-TVs included in your unit. The females who work in the office were a bit rude and obviously have no customer service skills but the landlord or manager there was super nice to me and her residents.

Aug 2015: Inconvenient and miserable. They like to randomly turn off your water at important times on weekdays with ten minutes notice via email. How awesome to wake up to?!

Aug 2015: Low class apartments with atrocious management. Make sure everything is in writing especially if you are planning on leaving. I told the staff many times I was only intending on staying for a 6 month contract and by the time my lease was up the staff said they didn't have it in writing so they charged a cancellation of almost $1000. These people will rip you off, don't waste your time with this complex.

I love the smell on all my clothes. Water bill is triple what it was for my last place which had 3 bathrooms compared to my now one. Looking for ghetto near campus? This quite community will do it for you. don't even try management, they hate you from the second you walk in the door. Have fun waiting while the office plays on their cell phones instead of helping you.
