Seeking a drama free, stable roommate for a sq. ft., 3 BR 1 Office 2.5 BA single story, detached home. There is a community playground, basketball court, agility dog park and a 🚶 walking path that surrounds the community. This is a 🌉 gated community that will require a code upon entrance. It is located 5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 1 miles from Legacy Golf Resort and Raven Golf Club, 3 miles from the I- and extremely close to downtown Phoenix and South Mountain Park. Completely tiled/faux-wood flooring and dual-paned windows to help regulate internal temperature, especially during the summer months. The home has a nice-sized back yard with a covered patio and BBQ, a completely open gourmet kitchen connected to the living room.
There will be 2 other people living in the home. Each renter will have their own separate bedroom equipped with a closet, ceiling fan and cable connections if they want a separate 📺 tv. Their bathroom will be shared with one other person. There is street and driveway parking available. The room will be unfurnished. There is a 4 year old miniature boxer who will be living in the home. I am seeking a minimum of 1 year rent with an initial security deposit in advance based on your credit history.
Rent is $ per month which includes full use of the home and all the utilities with exception of equally sharing 💡electricity, ⛽gas and internet. 🌊 water, trash,, sewer, monthly hose-🎇cleaning and full use of the home, parking and community amenities are included. Please no smoking whatsoever, no use of non-medicating or unlawful drugs and no partying will be tolerated (moderate alcohol consumption is fine). no overnight guests except for when family or friends would like to visit. A background and credit check will be required prior to renting.
We are preferably seeking a 👩 female who is either in graduate school or a professional with a consistent, steady income. Both myself and the other roommate are in medical school.
Please note the room is un-furnished. Everything in the community along with the home is brand new. We&#;re working on the backyard and hardscape at the moment.
There will be no tolerance for drama, drugs or excessive alcohol/partying.
