People are out late at the pool playing loud music.
Everyone smokes openly the hallways and rooms and management does nothing about it, even though they claim to be "smoke free".
The model is nice, but the actual rooms are a mess. They barely clean them before you move in. I had to get parts of my oven, fridge, dryer, and air filters replaced within days of moving in.
The "shuttle" is always late and cram-packed. It has made me late for class on multiple occasions.
There is no roommate matching, as advertised. The study room with "free printing" had broken printers for at least a month. Rent is extremely overpriced.

Sep 2015: This is one of the best student housing complexes in Tempe. I live on the third floor, its quiet, its clean, its orderly. The staff are mostly students or ex students themselves, and they do a great job making sure your place is in top shape. don't hesitate to check this place out, you won't regret it.
