Hi, Loading...

Jun 2019: I have lived here for almost 2 years now. Laundry room is fair but only four washers for whole building. It was much better up until a month ago. We had people coming once a week for pest control. The internet would go out every now and then but it was always addressed within one or two business days. Now however things are much worse. Our wifi that is suppose to be included has been out for almost 3 weeks. The bbq grills by the pool are broken and run down. Very frustrating when you are an online student and I have to drive to a business with internet and sit to do my classwork. So unhappy! Review from Google
Jun 2019: I’ve been living here for a while now. My experience with the management has been extremely poor. I would not recommend anyone to sign a lease here. One might be tempted to rent an unit here because of the utilities included in the rent. However during outage of these utilities, the management is not all on their mark to get these things fixed quickly. Just to give an example, if the internet goes down, you’ll have to wait for at least a week before it is fixed. Review from Google
May 2019: This is the worst apartment when it comes to internet services and customer services. If you attend ASU just know that whenever you have an assignment you are better off going on campus to do it or you will fail the assignment cos their internet is not reliable. And NO one picks up the phone, so even if it's about simple matters you will have to walk all the way back to the office to get an answer. Maybe its different for those staying where the office is at. Geez. Review from Google
Mar 2019: This place is straight trash. Roach infested, and management turns off the air conditioning for most of the year which attracts even more roaches in the rooms. Terrible internet (9mb/s). Water gets turned off randomly for plumbing issues. Utilities are “included” but management controls everything and it is built into rent. I would rather live under a rock than this guantanamo bay of an apartment. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Turn around and look somewhere else! Do not be fooled by the model unit! This complex has multiple problems...roaches, termites, crumbling/unsafe walkways and stairs, homeless people trying to live at the pool and common areas, drug use in the parking lot. Apartments not up to code. Parents....do NOT let your students rent here!!!!
Jan 2019: Termites, roaches, and bed bugs. Oh my! The apartments look kind of sketchy on the outside, but the inside of the model unit seemed to make up for it. Plus it's right off campus and utilities and wifi are included in rent. Unfortunately, we should have been suspicious when the man showing us the apartment wanted us to sign a lease IMMEDIATELY and would not show us any rentable units. The very first day there were issues with rude staff and a straight up nasty apartment that clearly hadn't been cleaned since the last tenants moved out. Since then, we have found roaches and termites (pictures included) and have heard of other units having bed bugs. Management either never answers the phone in the office, or acts like you're bothering them when you present an issue. can't get a hold of Cardinal Management, the company that owns the property. Sep 2017: The link is right behind Dutch bros and super close to campus. This is a really affordable apartment for Arizona state students and I would recommend it to anyone. You can't beat free parking and utilities! Review from Google
Jul 2017: I will be honest, it was amazing living here, yeah the walls may have holes (which were done by the ones who lived before me), there might roaches that is if you don't clean your places but the stay was amazing. I had a little problem with my bike being stolen and such but that was just a minor thing. The staffs were really cool and helpful. Review from Google

Jul 2017: Roaches!!!Roaches!!! The leasing office at The Link/College Town is aware of the roach problem however they pretend it's not a big deal. My bathroom was FLOODED WITH ROACHES that poured out of my bathroom sink and shower! Do Not Move Here Ever! All staff members at The Link/College Town apartments are aware of both properties being infested with huge roaches and still do nothing about it. Roaches the size of your finger will live with you if you ever decide to move into The Link apartments or College Town!!! Review from Google
Feb 2017: I have been living at the link for almost a year and it's the best value for your money you'll find in the area. The rooms are large and each resident gets their own bathroom. Plus, you could not be any closer to ASU. Management responds fairly quickly and there is good security. The buildings are pretty old but they've been renovated. Parking space could be improved but overall it's a good place for any college student. Review from Google
Nov 2016: Terrible management, decent size but crap quality units, and somewhat cheaper than other next to campus options but not furnished. It might seem like an affordable and convenient option for students, but it definitely is not worth it. Management is unorganized and neglectful. good luck getting anything fixed within a month or two. They also like playing this game where they refuse to switch the Heat/AC until every resident emails them. It's currently 40 degrees in December and they won't turn on our heat. All around the place is pretty shady and there's endless noise from being next to Dutch Bros. Review from Google
Jul 2016: I currently live here and actually almost just stepped on a roach. Pros: close to campus, spacious apartment for a good price, better on the inside than the outside, a great place to park for campus for free because they don't tow (Con for the residents), friendly maintenance, includes utilities and they give you a TV. Cons: Roaches, the floor leaves my feet black even after cleaning it... (Not sure if it's the color is coming off the vinyl), painted bath tubs that peel, Roaches, the countertops peel or "warp" easily, the extermination doesn't really do much and the apartment won't let you out of your lease with knowledge of your pest issue, congested area, the neighbors litter so the parking lot always looks trashed and oh ROACHES. Again the place isn't too bad unless you like roaches, but hey you have to sacrifice a little for a good p Review from Google
