I am currently in a 4 bed 4 bath apartment at Rise on Apache and looking to sub-let my room to move back home with my parents. All the roomates are very nice and accommodating. Only utility is the 💡electric bill. There are in-unit washers and dryers. My current room has the most natural light with 2 huge windows and a nice closet. I am on the same floor as the outdoor running track and firepit deck as well as the study rooms with a free printer so it is a very convenient location. There are also massage chairs on my floor. There is a $ application fee as well but I can cover that if needed. I am hoping to find a renter ASAP, the lease ends on July , .
