I am currently planning on moving out of my apartment mid-December and need to find a sublet ASAP. It is a fully furnished 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom apartment with many amenities including a rooftop 🏊 pool and hot tub, a gym, laundry machine in room, 🕶️ tanning bed, free printing, and more :) I currently live with 3 friendly roommates (👩 girls) who are very responsible and contribute evenly to keeping the apartment very 🎇clean and organized.
Rent is $ monthly and includes everything except 💡electric utility that is split between all 4 roommates. I&#;m willing to pay the first month or even negotiate monthly rent price because I don&#;t have much ⌚time left before I move out!
