Apr 2018: The place has dark hallways, very very rude management her name is Lindsey I believe. They have a huge bed bug problem when I reported it and the constant issues of trash and etc they forced us to move. They even one time sent the people away because they never told us how to be prepared for the spraying of bed bugs. So we had to stay at a hotel just so we weren’t getting constantly bitten. We are speaking with an attorney. We are waiting until we get a few more tenants who have had similar problems to go to court. We have friends who live there as well. They have never been happy. This is the worse place to live. The elevators are always dirty as well and the parking is never secure. File with rip off report as well if you have issues. Attorneys will contact you. I’m am so glad and just thankful to be out of there. There infestation probl Review from Google
Apr 2018: Great place, staff is awesome, little loud at rimes, but fun. Review from Google
Feb 2018: New management was bad and ineffective . Been here since 2 years. Move out was a hassle. Their vallet trash(30/month) is a joke as they come only twice a week. The location was good though. Stay away from this management Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place is pathetic. The elevators are in disrepair and the stairwell/hallways are absolutely filthy. The Tennant's leave there trash outside their front door in the hallway, the floors in the hallways are all stained with "who knows what" and newspapers pile up in front of many Tennant's doors. Reminds me of a ghetto!! Review from Google
Jan 2018: I've lived here for 2.5 years and have never had a problem with the staff or complex as a whole. But simply put, don't live here unless you're over the age of 40 with kids. Theres new management and their new security will harass you, follow you to your room, and write you up for things like staying in the hot tub at later hours. There's no reasonably saying, "it's after hours, you guys have to leave," like you would with any adult. Rather, there's only "whats your name and room number, you guys are in violation". I get it, rules are rules, but act like we are adults. If my dog is off the leash, then ask me to go get a leash for her and I'll do that. If my music is too loud then knock, tell me, and I'll turn it down. don't just write people up like I'm 18 and living in a dorm. I have friends who live here that have experienced the same, asinin Review from Google
Dec 2017: don't even bother looking here. The tour given by Ashleigh was terrible at best. She was rude, didn't show us anything other than the pool, walked by the gym, and the room-- for which she stood in the doorway of the entrance to the apartment like it was an inconvience to her for us to be there. The apartment is disgusting, old, outdated, carpet is visibly dirty, pool was green, apartments are dark, shabby and old. Go somewhere else Review from Google
Dec 2017: I loved living here. I thought the prices were a bit high for what we were living in, but this place is very close to Mill Ave and right by a light rail, so I am assuming that is why. The prices are the only thing that I would complain about here. I had a really rough last few months living there due to bad choice of roommate. There was abuse going on in my home and the property manager Dexter worked very fast and efficiently to get me out of there without having to pay out of the lease, and even returned my full security deposit. Usually there are fees taken out for carpet cleaning and such, but nothing was taken out of my deposit. This made me extremely happy and it showed his true colors because obviously he was not trying to make my situation any harder than it already was. I thought everyone who worked here was extremely helpful and com Review from Google
Sep 2017: Lived here for three years, here's my experience. Environment: - Noisy as all hell, tons of loud neighbors above and around you throwing parties and shouting at each other late at night - Lots of trash left in common areas - Common areas are usually broken and poorly cleaned - Only clean the grounds about once a year, so in between the hallways are covered in spiderwebs, dirt, etc. - Gates to the complex and garage are often broken (Stuck open or stuck shut) - Right near Mill/Light rail so it's close to some fun stuff, but you also get some floaty/vagranty types hanging around the area pretty often. Living Situation - Most apartments have tons of windows, so it gets very expensive ($250+/mo in the summer) to keep them cool. - Rent went up every year by about $100. Started at $930 for a studio, same studio was $1160 when I chose to move. - Ap Review from Google

May 2017: Starting off, the staff is really nice and I love the large bathtubs. This is what drew us to The Lofts to begin with. The place is really noisy, but we expected that when moving in. Maintenance is quick to fix a problem. For Tempe, The Lofts are priced as expected. I am very disappointed here though. The mandatory valet trash is frustrating and sometimes it takes over a day for it to get picked up. The hallways stink as some trashes leak and stain the hallways. The place literally looks 'trashy' walking through the hallways with bags outside the units. It really brings down the value. When my family came to visit that was the first thing they mentioned about my new place! I would say that building E is not maintained as much as the main side of The Lofts is. Feb 2017: I have lived here since May 2016. I'll highlight the 3 biggest pros and cons to help you make an informed decision. Ultimately I would recommend this apartment complex due to the pros outweighing the cons. Pro's: Location: Close to airport, 202 freeway, and light rail stops. Couldn't get much more convenient for ASU students who are looking for a close location, but away from campus activity. Also great for downtown Phoenix commuters (~20 minute light rail ride). Tempe town lake park is extremely close as well as Mill Avenue bars, restaurants, shops. Review from 2/14/17 on Google
Jan 2017: Overall, The Lofts are a pleasant place to live. The management is nice, and quick to get back to you on most problems you encounter. A work order usually gets resolved within 1-4 days. It is, of course, quite noisy, since it's located next to the light rail and the airport. At night, you can hear trains, the metro, and airplanes go by, as well as people talking very loudly. None of this has bothered me tremendously- but it's something to keep in mind. If you live on floors 2 and 3, you also deal with people below and above your place. Review from 1/8/17 on Google
Oct 2016: I have lived here for a year and it's been by far one of the best apartments I've stayed at. Any issue I've had, XXXX was always there to assist, even when I was a little difficult. would recommend to anyone! Review from 10/17/16 on Google
Oct 2016: The apartments themselves are nice, and the maintenance services are prompt, but the office itself is very unorganized and has cause a lot of frustration for me. From applying my check to another resident's account (over $1000) to changing what our bill total multiple times in a matter of days. If they are unable to organize themselves, you have to pay the consequences. It's frustrating and annoying and it isn't something you can avoid as you have to involve the office with your rent payment/service requests/etc. Otherwise, the apartments are great, nice kitchens, pool is maintained, balcony is spacious, trash valet, underground parking. Review from 10/14/16 on Google
May 2016: The leasing staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the location and the fact that I can get to Downtown Tempe by walking or light rail. Review from 5/22/16 on Google
Feb 2016: Gates to get into my own apt complex do not work at random times from the outside. The staff has yet to replace a screen door that was broken before my move in. Trash everywhere. also they don't really warn you about how intense the noise from the planes and light rail really are. It's bad, most of Phoenix can hear the planes but these buildings are directly under multiple flight paths. the planes are so low it is ridiculous. good luck getting sleep. I also heard from my neighbor that their car had been broken into. I was told there is supposed to be security around the building but they were nowhere to be found. office did not do anything about it. Review from 2/3/16 on Google
Nov 2015: Nothing compares to the convenient location of The Lofts at Rio Salado- my downtown commute is 18 minutes on the lightrail. The facilities here are clean and well kept and my friends who visit always comment on how much nicer this complex is then others. I run every day from the apartment and there are multiple options all outside the door- Papago Park, Tempe Town Lake waterfront path, and the crosscut canal. Review from 11/20/15 on Google
Nov 2015: The apartments are VERY noisy and we can always hear the TV in the room above us as well as airplanes, the train, etc. Other than noise, the apartment complex is the most convenient location possible with great amenities inside the apartment. They are also spacious for the price. I recommend living here if you can tolerate the noise. Review from 11/14/15 on Google
Jul 2015: I moved in less than two months ago & love my decision.......the staff was & has been FANTASTIC through the whole process......my apartment was in excellent condition upon move in, the pool & surrounding property are almost always in superb shape......the location in regards to driving, being able to take the train, walk or bike to downtown Tempe is excellent.....as well, the whole lake & canal area is wide open for outdoor pursuits.....great place to live! Review from 7/20/15 on Google
Jul 2014: We renewed our original lease because we loved living here. It is very safe and the grounds are well-maintained. The proximity to the light rail is incredibly convenient as well. Lots of young professionals here and not overrun with undergrads even though it is very close to ASU. Easy access to the freeway and the jogging trail by Tempe Town Lake. Only downside is hearing the airplanes overhead but you really get used to it. Review from 7-12-2014 on Google
Apr 2014: I don't see what the big deal is with the staff memebers being rude, or people being unahppy period. I've never had an issue with rude staff memebes. In fact, everytime I call they are always helpful and kind. I live in building B, and I've never had an issue with excessive noise (besides the people peeling out in traffic), but my neighbors seem friendly and quiet. I have been here for a little over 6 months, and I am very satisfied with the landscaping, amenities, etc. The only few flaws are these: -Gym tredmills were broken forever (but they finally fixed it) -There were times the pool area would be trashed, pillows thrown around, trash laying out, etc. (but mostly the fault of the idiot neighbors who can't clean up after a pool night) -Elevators seem a little sketchy at times Review from 4-28-2014 on Google
