Jul 2018: Awesome place to live! Very nice and quite complex. Community and pool space are very well kept. All appliances in the units are modern and up to date. I only had 2 minor maintenance issues while living here and both were fixed within 24 hours. Salina at the front office is extremely nice and is willing to help you with whatever she can. I would definitely recommend the Regency to anyone looking for a nice place in Tempe. Review from Google
Sep 2017: The place is not bad but it is really really hard to find the manager no matter through phone, email or in-person. The office open hour should be 1:30-5:30 but they usually come late and leave early and sometimes they just don't come to the office. Review from GoogleSep 2017: The management team of this apartment place is the downfall of these quiet peaceful apartments. I have personally lived at two different apartment complexes while attending ASU and this place was the nightmare of my nightmares. The unit I lived in was cute and clean when I moved in. There was weird quirks to the place, but what apartment doesn't have those. The reason why this place is so horrible and wouldn't recommend to a single person I know is the management. I personally had to go through an incident where the person above me had a toilet pipe break and flooded my whole entire apartment (over two inches of water.) When it all started to happen there was no way to contact any type of management and the emergency line they had led straight to voicemail. Jul 2014: This is a beautiful property with the most obnoxious management. It took for ever to sign the paperwork and everyone had to be at the apartment to sign at the same time - no signing at different times etc.... Nooo we all had to be at the signing party. After check out - the apartment was spotless, myself and my daughter checked it twice. She (me) got dinged for some spot and a missing hose (it was their when we left) and did not get the refund of the balance of the despot for over 60 days. Again a beautiful property with a management team I wish to avoid at all costs.
