Jun 2015: Worst apartment experience ever. Asu parties galore and broken beer bottles everywhere to prove it. Cops are called to the community nearly every weekend, ambulances have been around to take care of overdosing students, and swat has paid a visit to take care of a shooting (at another party. Here's the news article http://www.abc15.com/news/region-southeast-valley/tempe/pd- not to mention the shootings in the surrounding neighborhood. HOA doesn't take care of much. Pool was closed for almost half my time there to take care of a broken beer bottle (not kidding. It took 8 months to fix).

Jun 2009: Questa Vida is a large condo/townhome community that is right off University and River, it is quiet and clean, been around since the 1980's these floorplans were designed to be perfect for students with a 2/2 3/2 and 3/3 floorplans! The are owned by private homeowners but most are used as rentals and are priced very reasonably! No dogs allowed by the HOA and the only drawbacks are no garages and it is fenced but not gated.
