Hi, Loading...

Jun 2018: I lived here for a year from April ‘17 to April ‘18, just recently moved out. There was no way I was going to stay and pay these people. The complex had constant problems, mainly the water being shut off every other day. We had no hot water for 2 weeks at one point in January. They didn’t even have an answer for that issue. My neighbors were dirty and loud all the time and just plain rude. Laundry facilities were disgusting and someone ruined a batch of laundry of mine too. no security in there at all. But also when I moved out I got a bill in the mail a month after I left saying I owed them over $300! $155 for “touch up paint”. Walls looked perfect when I left. Another charge of $100 for “carpet clean”. That was deep cleaned by me before I left. Also looked perfect. People should know they will be charged BS fees no matter what. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Update: the hot water issue starts at March 30, 2018, and three work order has been made, no response! Do not move to here if you want to be treated like dog! Also, all the poor rating here got the same response from the property manger saying come to the office we can talk. So ridiculous that they reply like this like they "really care" about it! If you really care, why don't you come to see us first? DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! No Hot Water, and the management just don't care! After the apartment complex changes the owner, the management is totally a mess. They don't even have the maintenance team. The whole public area is dirty, and the new staff are extremely rude! AVOID THIS APARTMENT!!!! Review from Google
Apr 2018: DO NOT MOVE IN! Roach infestation and I have lived here 3 weeks. Terrible management, rude staff, bug problems. Regret signing this lease!
Apr 2018: I have lived in these apartments for a few years now and let me just say the level of care for the residents has gone down hill. Mark Taylor definitely kept more residents happy, while the new management, Bridge Property Management, is doing a terrible job. Currently there is no floor or carpet in my apartment and I have called and gone up to the office multiple times to request them to fix it and they refuse to let me speak to the manager or say they will give me a response tomorrow ( IT HAS BEEN WEEK NOW ! ). Also, they have a tendency for shutting off our water, turning it back on with out notifying us, so that leaves me with only cold showers to take. If you call to request to have your AC fixed, then your looking to about 3-4 days of living in a hot apartment. Completely feel like they want to charge for anything just to gain more money. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Bedbugs appear in our APT and actually some of our neighbors found bugs much earlier than us and the office did NOT even inform us. The worst thing is when we are trying to negotiate with the manager, she is so rude and has no patience. We do not feel respected at all. Why Google does not allow zero star rating?? Update: the manager, Monique, charges us $420 for the first treatment and gives us the wrong treatment protocol(heat but actually chemical method was performed) to follow, now they void our warranty for our not following the protocol. Of course because we were given the WRONG one. They are going to charge us twice. Also, the residents downstairs were not charged for the treatment. We feel deeply disappointed because we are treated unequally since we are international students. 我希望中国学生看到这个评价能慎重慎重 Review from Google
Mar 2018: It's a great place for students as well as families. It has all the amenities including a resource center. All the maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The staff is great and the way they organize events is really fun. The community is very secure with night patrol which you don't find in many places. Review from Google
Jan 2018: UPDATE: to be fair, sometimes there is hot water, and other times there is not. You never know when you will be able to have a nice hot shower. ORIGINAL: Me and my wife have been living in Onnix for 8 months now. Received an apartment that was NOT cleaned professionally. Washing machine in the apartment was stinky and disgusting (I got proof, but am saving you from the sight). Although we got the apartment while it was still Mark Taylor's responsibility, Bridge Property Management did not really help much. It took us several washes running it with a cleaning product to get it to a usable condition, although the washing machine itself is not useful. It is tiny and does not wash well. Bridge PM has tried to do some cosmetic and other structural changes on the community, although some more active maintenance has not been done. For many times my Review from Google
Jan 2018: The place is decent. Nicely insulated, (I'm from a place that gets quite cold) it's got decent ammentities and looks pretty nice. The rent is a bit high, I feel, especially for the one bedrooms, but the worst part of that is definitely the attitudes of the people who can afford it. I've seen the people who live here treat the staff like dogs. Please don't be unreasonable to staff. They just are trying to get through their day. Everything else about the place is pretty decent. Jan 2018: don't EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE!!!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR STAFF QUALITY. I REPEAT, GO AWAY. THERE IS A MILLION NICER PLACES TO LIVE IN TEMPE...Oh well, where do I start lol? I moved here on December 1st, 2017. My heater and washing machine didn't work for a month. They weren't able to fix it until the end of December. I had some other issues as well, but the main issue I am having and they still didn't fix it till now is due to Onnix neglecting to fix the hot water issue that caused all apartments on the west side of the complex to not have hot water, anyhow they were able to fix the issue on most apartments. However, the hot water issue in my apt and couple of other apts wasn't fixed. When I spoke to the Leasing office again they told me they will try their best, they tried fixing the problem but at the end, they weren't able too. T
Dec 2017: UPDATED: I am updating this review due to the fact that I have been without hot water for 3 going on 4 days now. While management continues to send updates on their plans to fix this gas leak -- there has been no help as to how half the complex is supposed to shower, wash dishes, do laundry, etc. There is no compensation aside from an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" email every couple hours. Absolutely ridiculous to be paying $800+ a month and deal with this every couple of weeks. I recommend searching elsewhere and heavily reconsider signing a lease here. ORIGINAL: I had a rough start when it came to the new management under Onnix. In all honestly I did feel there was a lack of professionalism and customer care the first couple months under the new Bridge Property Management team (mostly in regards to the maintenance). With that said, I h Review from Google
Dec 2017: Do not move here. Waters are always being shut off every week. Best answer the staff gave me was “it’ll be back on just wait.” It’s been off since 5am this morning and it’s now 5pm. They cannot communicate with residents to save their lives. WORSE PLACE TO LIVE for paying so much money. They should at least give us a month for free instead, since they can’t take care of the residents. Please do yourself a favor and don’t move here. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I moved in about a month ago with my boyfriend, and my experience with Onnix has been great. I have a large dog, and the dog parks they have a great for him. All my neighbors are very respectful and friendly as well. My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 would be that the office workers could be more friendly and polite. As a first timer, I had a lot to learn, and a lot they needed to inform me about. At first they didn't help at all but after explaining to them that it's my first home, they were much more accommodating. Shout out to Monique in the office....she's the nicest one I've worked with so far. I couldn't be happier in my little one bedroom apartment! Review from Google
Nov 2017: I'm a current resident at Onnix, and I've been here for two and a half years. Bridge recently acquired this property from Mark Taylor and they've done simply outstanding with it. Mark-Taylor was essentially just trying to flip it, so they didn't do much repair/maintenance while they had strong customer service. That being said, since Bridge acquired the property, there's been a total turnaround. First, the exterior has never looked better. They've added fresh paint, added new (and better landscaping), fixed all the lights so it's safe to walk around at night and see whats around you, and repaved the parking lot. Second, I've had a really positive experience with their maintenance staff. They're really accommodating and friendly whenever they stop by. Bridge has a strong track record with notifying residents of any water shut offs (the pipes ar Review from Google
Jun 2017: I'll just start by saying that the leasing staff here is this complexes biggest problem. The apartments are nice and in a good location, but I decided on not signing the lease simply because I've had too many bad experiences with the leasing agents here in such a short span of time. The first bad sign is that it's almost impossible to get a hold of the office by phone, and voicemail messages go unanwsered. Actually going into the leasing office is akin to visiting the DMV. The agents act like they couldn't be bothered any less to help you with even the most basic of questions. I was treated like I was a complete idiot multiple times while trying to do business with this place. I've never felt so unwelcome to a place I was trying to give my money to. Jun 2017: Our office is only good at sending threatening emails to the residents. One day they want to close the pools, another day they want to close the gym! I wish they replaced the manager with someone who knew that threatening does NOT fix anything. Instead, put some cameras there to see who is doing what at the gym! Review from 6/1/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I have mixed feelings about living here. Overwhelming bad. Cons: just learned there is an ongoing crime spree in the apartment complex (robberies/assaults/thefts) & the staff have done NOTHING to protect its residents or their belongings. You pay extra for a washer/dryer unit that doesn't work (would take at least 5 times to get clothes near damp). Between pool/jacuzzi/gym/laundry rooms there are more amenities that don't work then do work most of the time. Pros: good location near Tempe market place, highways, & mill ave. Review from 4/18/17 on Google
Feb 2017: Do not stay here. The management is garbage, plenty of inexperienced and novice customer service employees. The maintenance is never prompt, and on top of that, the apartment I lived in started to disintegrate throughout my lease. Everything is thrown together without much attention to detail; however the gym is alright when it's at 100% functionality. not worth IT. Review from 2/20/17 on Google
Nov 2016: I'm not sure why someone who consistently calls to harass the office about a situation that happened months ago wants to bring it to light after the fact unless you're the type of person who cries to receive free things and threatens a business into changing policy as an exception for you, that's against fair housing my friend. Now as far as the unprofessional behavior and attitude that you brought to this location- That location is a place of business- leasing agents and the staff do actually work and at a community that large with the lack of staffing it provided wait times are to be expected- you clearly should be aware of the set-up of that office as it is not ideal for the perfect immediate meet and greet- you can take that up with the owners and their design staff. Nov 2016: Worst place to ever live. Take the reviews seriously. I am not a picky person and I dont get mad about a lot of things but this place is horrible. The place smells bad. the main thing is the office staff is HORRIBLE. Upon moving in they promised a $750 giftcard, I didnt receive it for 3 months after. and that was with calling the office twice a week for 3 months. Every time I called they promised they ad it at the office, and every time i went to go pick it up it was mysteriously misplaced and the office manager is NEVER there. And the office people lie constantly. Nobody knows what they are talking about. They steal money at every corner, they never fix issues, the apartments are hot and stuffy even when the AC is blasting. Review from 11/14/16 on Google
Oct 2016: Apparently their pretty-boy "leasing director", XXXX, takes it upon himself to discern who is welcome into the leasing office and who is not. The building is nearly 35 years old and ANYthing from what one would call "luxury apartments", especially by Mark-Taylor standards (take a look at San Marbeya or Stone Oaks to get a really GOOD representation of the Mark-Taylor brand). I am confused as to the heavy attitude painted all about. I came in on a prompting from a craigslist advert and it was quickly made known where I stood. I was not greeted, welcomed or treated with the clichéd Mark-Taylor stellar treatment of future residents. Apparently they knew nothing about the advert (which was showing continuous postings) and would not honor it. Review from 10/3/16 on Google
May 2016: very bad. If you are able to live without water then this chose onnix if you don't want your security deposit at the end then chose onnix. very worst.. less than 1 * any rating is there...... Review from 5/10/16 on Google
Apr 2016: My experience was great until it was time to sign the lease. My sister and I had applied for a renovated unit with vinyl flooring. Our lease was never sent to us until after we called the corporate office 4 times about it. We received our 31-page lease the day before move-in and decide not to sign the lease until we saw the apartment. Good thing we did because the apt was the exact opposite of what we asked for. The carpet was at least 2 inches thick and the unit was extremely outdated. We sat in the front office for 30 minutes only to be told that the next apartment with vinyl flooring wouldn't be available until another 2 months. And the only compensation that was offered was a gift card for all our troubles. Review from 4/18/16 on Google
Nov 2015: If it were possible, I'd give Onnix a negative rating. This XXXX hole will look like it's a nice community because it's so big and the grass is clean, but no. The water is always off and the apartment units aren't worth what they're asking for. $1100 for a single bedroom that isn't worth a dollar over $800 lol. That's just the beginning... I was a victim of a violent crime while holding ownership of one of their apartments, the entire complex was pitch dark due to the outside lights not being on for 3 nights in a row. Review from 11/18/15 on Google
Nov 2015: AMAZING SERVICE AND UNDERRATED! I have had the pleasure of living at Onnix for just about 6 months. I moved to Arizona from Nebraska with no idea of what areas were nice and which ones weren't. I will admit that I was a little hesitant to move in when reviewing Onnix online due to their low rating on google but fell in love with the pictures of the community and decided to give the apartment a shot with a face-to-face meeting. By experience I understand that generally, it is only those people who have issues who write reviews. Sometimes us tenants who have no issues and pleasant experiences do not think to write about our positive experiences even they are well deserving of a quick shout out! Review from 11/8/15 on Google
Oct 2015: Overall, a good experience compared to every other apartment complex we've been in. There are, of course, the occasional college parties, etc, but nothing close to what I've experienced elsewhere. For a 1 bedroom shared between 2 people, this is the best deal you'll find within 10 miles of campus without a history of the worst customer experience ever. Pros: -Free, no-permit parking makes friend's overnight visits uncomplicated -Pools are kept clean and in good shape; they are usually left open late -Friendly front office staff, although it can occasionally take more than one visit to get an issue completely resolved Review from 10/20/15 on Google
