Jun 2017: Anyone planning on moving here....don't! I've lived here for 3 months and it's a he'll hole. I live in the back near the playground and it's always trash, not just a little bit, but a lot. Most of the residents that live here are ghetto ass hell. The property is not kept up at all. I should have read reviews before I moved into this slum of an apartment complex. Two days after I signed my lease the property was sold to new owners and they never told us. I just found out that our water bills are split between the apartments. My water bill for the last two months was $14 and this month it's $38.

May 2017: These apartment are horrible! I only gave it a 1 star because I had to choose a number. The laundry room washers and dryers are always broke! The dryers that they have in the picture online doesn't exist. They are raggedy! There are Roaches in the apartments. The staff is mean except for one person in the office! The way the apartments look online are not how they are in person. This complex are masters at photo shopping pictures to get people to move in there. The cabinets are ugly and messed up and there is mold in the apartments.

Feb 2017: Absolutely horrible. The first apartment we had in here had super old appliances. So old that it started a 10 foot oil fire after turning it off. And since they had so much damage to fix, they switch us apartments. In both apartments the AC vented leaked even after the repair people came 3 times to drain the sewage. And the best part, it's entirely infested with roaches. Not just my apartment but 3 others. We've mentioned it 6 times to the office and 2 months later, they still have yet to do anything about it.

Dec 2015: I love love love Zach! He was a dream of a leasing agent. I had credit issues and it is nice and cozy and clean in my new apartment. Not to mention some upgrades. It is hard to find a great staff and location in Tempe, so I will take it.
Nov 2015: Peaceful, I've been here almost two years, I'm comfortable and my neighbors are great, as far as management is concerned they are the best I'm not moving. Love it Love it â¤

Nov 2015: I have lived here for over a year( renewed my lease in August). I like it here alot. I'm in the back and it is relatively quiet.
Since I've moved in, management has changed for the better. I LOVE the new team. They make you feel welcome and always have kind words to say. If late for rent, they are very understanding and have worked well with my situation.

Nov 2015: I currently live here. My boyfriend and I renewed our lease a few months back. I love the office staff! They have helped me with every single problem we've had... and there's been a few. The maintenance takes a little bit but they fix things the right way and don't have to keep fixing the same thing. The complex is updating and fixing things, as they should. My major problem is our neighbors. They are loud! We have security but we have had to call the cops on loud neighbors that are smoking and drinking outside into the early morning hours.
