It is a Shared bathroom with jetted bathtub, has a large 🏊 pool and outdoor space with grass and flowers. The bedroom is unfurnished but comes with queen bed and has a large closet space. There’s 2 living rooms and lots of storage space and is a minute drive to ASU Tempe campus. The house is furnished but welcome to bring more in if you have.
This summer sublease is located in a nice neighborhood close to the and the . 2 👨 males currently live here, no gender preference, a current ASU student and a recent graduate. Have had no problems living with them, very respectful and responsible. There is a dog that lives at the house and he is hypoallergenic.
