May 2017: Had some plumbing issues and XXXX did a great job got in and out in 15 minutes and everything works like new.He always does a great job fixing whatever we need in a timely manner.

Mar 2017: Fantastic apartments with great amenities in a fantastic location. One thing that really sets and apartment above the rest is the maintenance staff, and Camden Sotelo has some great people. Shout out to XXXX for helping to make my stay great!

Apr 2015: I've lived in Camden Sotelo for almost one year now and am happy I just extended my lease for an additional year. The property is nice, new, and well maintained. The rooms are very nice, primarily the master bedroom and kitchen. Large bathrooms and bedrooms. New appliances in the kitchen with great granite countertops. They have valet waste which comes and picks up your trash 5 days/week.
Management is welcoming and has been very helpful. They even sent us a goodie basket when we helped provide feedback on the property. To me, little things like that can be big wins when living in a new place. Maintenance is responsive and respectful.

The apartment complex had her car towed without any notification or explanation or anything at all. My daughter thought her car had been stolen. When she went to the office at the complex, they were rude and unhelpful. They would not give her an explanation, the towing information, the reason for towing or anything at all that would help her. My daughter is attending college in Arizona and I am her mother that lives in a different state. they had my daughter in tears and scared and in unfamiliar territory. Jan 2014: This community is very unreliable. They have had many yelp pages and continue to create new yelp pages.
I had neighbors complain about roaches in their apartments and ask me if I had any. Though in my experience it has been relatively bug free (but then again I'm neater than most).
Appliances are constantly breaking and I'm not home to have maintenance come help. I do it myself because I'm handy and know how to. Maintenance can come when I'm not home. However there was a security risk during the time I lived here due to robberies. (From what I heard) In general I don't like people in my house when I'm not there. There was a security meeting with the police to better ensure our safety and code changes on the community gate. Although there have been so many problems with the gate and constant maintenance.
