Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the 5 months remaining on a lease on our beautiful 2BR, 2 bath apartment overlooking the 🏊 pool in the Camden Hayden 🌉 gated luxury apartment community. The lease officially ends on June 6 but you have the option to renew.

-end unit by stairwell (no next door neighbors, 3 extra windows)

-2 private single car garages (fully enclosed w/ remote access, use for storage)
-balcony overlooking the 🏊 pool area (but high enough up that noise isn&#;t an issue)
