Apr 2017: The apartment looks as bad as it feels inside. The apartments are as old as 5 decades. The stair cases are as so congested that its completely blind even during the day. Even though we were given completely made apartment, roaches and bugs are back in 3 weeks.
The biggest problem of all is the Air conditioning, where "the unit" is controlled by the leasing company. These guys promised us they will switch on the "Cool" in the AC on March 15. But now they are saying they will be switching it on in 2 weeks. Temperature outside is around 90-95 during the day time and these guys still feel cold?? At nights it even becomes horrible where the temperatures go up to 90 at 3 AM in the morning.

Apr 2017: Can I give 0 stars? The management has 0 regards for the residents. We live in Arizona, where it reaches 90+ temperatures in February. Not having air conditioning in your home while it's that hot is not okay. There are pets that live here that can't escape the apartment for 10 hours a day while we work. The appliances are dirty, unreliable and inefficient. Window screens are falling apart, carpet is disgustingly old, plumbing is rusty.

They are unreasonable with their payments (only accepting money order) and have terrible hours, so if you work, good luck getting them to do anything.

Bugs, mold, the floor men who "re-did" the floors did the worst job and the management doesn't even care. The current manager woman is THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET IN MANAGEMENT HISTORY. How she has a job is BEYOND me. She seriously banged on the bedroom window because we didn't answer the door (we had just got back into town and were falling alseep.

We were promised for an admin fees waiver and a renovated house, but what we got was- no admin fees waiver and a old, broken and dirty apartment. Inspite of so many complaints and requests, the management (XXXX and XXX) as so pathetic people, that they didn't do the honor their own words. In fact, they don't even provide us the contact details of their upper management. So that their shameful act won't be disclosed to the upper management .
I highly suggest people, specially students, not to move to Agave- its old apartment, un-clean and god-o-god, the management has all liars.

Sep 2016: Not going to recommend this place. Move in day-apartment was not ready to move into. A call to ask if move in could be pushed would have been greatly appreciated. Closet doors were leaning all over the walls, still are over a week later. Locks not changed, so keys for all roommates were not given until 2 days later (real secure feeling). Apartment was not cleaned thoroughly, where refrigerator was replaced there was a blood looking spill on the floor. Air filter was not changed; it's dirty and making the circulation and air flow horrible-it's getting to 88 degrees or so in the apartment. There is a hole cut out in the wall in a bedroom closet.

Their website didn't accept my payment on the due date and I go to the office the next day to pay rent. She said it's hiked by $30 even though it was not my fault. By the time I got a money order for the new amount, she hiked it again by $30. She did this in 15 minutes and didn't have the courtesy to tell me before going to the bank. That's how cunning these people can get.

Apr 2016: There are bugs in the apartment... when I moved in, there were tons of stuffs need to repair. The worst is the manager, she is the worst apartment manager I ever met.
Review from 4/4/16 on GoogleOct 2015: Infested with roaches. Had to spend days cleaning our stuff out, checking inside every case and appliance. We threw away thousands of dollars worth of stuff when we moved out, not to mention the constant stress of finding them in food, cabinets, and every other place imaginable. They exterminated at least once a month, but it did no good. It's nearly impossible to get roaches out of apartments. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here just to ruin all of your stuff.

Aug 2015: Never be reminded there is a 60 days move out notice. it charges extra two month rent. when i move out from it, i still need to pay them 500 bucks with no deposit back.
