Aug 2018: Location, location, location... :) Gotta love Hayden Square for its convenient location and for the funky look of being built over a parking lot. 1,2 and 3 bedroom units. Many of them are way overdue for a remodel but people are starting to modernize the look and feel of the interiors, for sure. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I moved from Canada to attend ASU and I spent a lot of time sifting through reviews online for apartments trying to find the best one as I wouldn't be able to come and view any in person before I moved. I was given a tour of the property and the floor plan I was interested in over FaceTime and I greatly appreciated it. Moving in paperwork was quick and easy, and since I've been here it's been great. All the common areas are well kept and the place is clean. Noise and parties haven't been an issue, and the studio floor plan is a great layout, and is modern. ALL of the staff that work at Hanover are super friendly and helpful, and the ladies that work in the office are amazing. Based on reviews I've read about other buildings, they blow any other management team out of the water, and that was a pretty big deciding factor for me. But my experience over the past months has been 5-stars. The staff is not only responsive and professional, but I have this strong strange looming feeling that... they actually care! It has a great location- just beyond Mill Avenue, walking distance to Tempe Town Lake, and about 3/4 mi to Arizona State University.
