Aug 2018: Location, location, location... :) Gotta love Hayden Square for its convenient location and for the funky look of being built over a parking lot. 1,2 and 3 bedroom units. Many of them are way overdue for a remodel but people are starting to modernize the look and feel of the interiors, for sure. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I moved from Canada to attend ASU and I spent a lot of time sifting through reviews online for apartments trying to find the best one as I wouldn't be able to come and view any in person before I moved. I was given a tour of the property and the floor plan I was interested in over FaceTime and I greatly appreciated it. Moving in paperwork was quick and easy, and since I've been here it's been great. All the common areas are well kept and the place is clean. Noise and parties haven't been an issue, and the studio floor plan is a great layout, and is modern. ALL of the staff that work at Hanover are super friendly and helpful, and the ladies that work in the office are amazing. Based on reviews I've read about other buildings, they blow any other management team out of the water, and that was a pretty big deciding factor for me. I would highly r Review from Google
Jan 2018: Being the first apartment building I've ever lived in, I didn't quite know what to expect from the Hanover on Mill. But my experience over the past months has been 5-stars. The staff is not only responsive and professional, but I have this strong strange looming feeling that... they actually care! From the management to the maintenance staff my interactions have always been pleasant. Also, the building is surprisingly quiet despite its close proximity to the Mill Avenue after hours rage scene. Jan 2018: I’ve been very happy living here since I moved in this past August. I moved here from South Florida and the staff at Hanover is very friendly and always willing to help. It has a great location- just beyond Mill Avenue, walking distance to Tempe Town Lake, and about 3/4 mi to Arizona State University. The amenities are very well taken care of and the whole building is non-smoking and clean. I would definitely recommend Hanover if you’re looking to move to Tempe. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The building is amazing, talking from experience as I tried 4 apartment complexes in 2 years. I finally settled at Hanover as the management staff is amazing. I mean they are responsive, respectful, and wonderful! Words might not be enough to describe the management staff. Also, the amenities are great compared to the other apartment complexes around it. All in all, I will definitely not leave this place anytime soon! Review from Google
Jan 2018: When I move in, there's some weird smell in the apartment. The floor on the restroom was not clean, lots of blots still visible and very obvious to see. Overall is a quiet and friendly complex, convenient. Love the design of the parking garage. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Living here as been a joy. The staff have been friendly, understanding, and shown generosity beyond words. I have lived in luxury apartments in more than six states and three countries and Hanover has been the first apartment complex that I've ever felt deserved the title of home. Even though it is close to Mill Avenue, our apartment is well insulated from the noise of the bars, which at first came as a surprise. The other residence are mostly young professionals and older students who respect the quiet hours Review from Google
