Hi, there are currently 4 of us (all 👩 girls). 2 👩 girls are and going to school. I&#;m , and last 👩 girl is . We are all very easygoing, friendly, down to earth and busy studying/working, we have a great roommate dynamic. Neighborhood and household is peaceful/quiet. We keep the home pretty 🎇clean and would like a 👩 femaleroommate that has similar values. Room currently available is by itself downstairs and you would have your own bathroom to use. It can fit a queen bed and there is a nook for your desk. House is large with two living rooms and two dining areas, plus office area upstairs.
I have one Collie dog and a cat. Both very friendly and calm. no other 🐕 pets allowed, but I am willing to consider caged animals.
Before move in I will require first month&#;s rent and security deposit ($1, total). Must pass credit and background check. If a family member will be paying rent for you they will need to cosign on the lease. Looking for month lease. $ a month includes all utilities and internet.
There will also be another room coming available March 1st .
