I am offering a lease takeover at Fifty5. It is a furnished dorm-style apartment. Very nice and modern with a lot of new renovations going on around the complex. There are 3 🏊 pools around the entire complex and it is a 4 minute 🚴 bike ride from the ASU Tempe campus and a short 🚶 walk to the nearest light rail. The apartment isn&#;t bad, I am giving up the lease because I transferring to a different school in a different city. You would have 3 other roommates that are randomly assigned via a roommate personality quiz, unless you have a roommate signing up with you for the apartment in that case you 👨 guys could be placed together.
