Aug 2020: The place is decent to live in. Terrible insulation though, everything eventually falls apart. Communication with management is basically impossible as Tracey will forget your name and number every single day, send you the wrong emails, not communicate proper and accurate information and then yell at you if you call her out on it. The management is so unprofessional it feels as if you are in the hands of a teenager. I recommend the place as it’s affordable, but there is no quality and management is absolutely horrid.
Jul 2019: I called just trying to get some information from this complex and they were as nasty as possible to me. If that is how you treat a prospect, how do they expect you to want to move there. I was told that they were trying to wrap it up quickly because she was trying to get her weekend started. Review from GoogleNov 2017: Outstanding place to live. I only have good things to say. This place just WORKS. No noise from neighbors, house is cool as a cucumber, ample room, a yard, easy drive to class (you don't even have to change lanes), Lawn service frequently, a sweeeet pool, cheap price. The landlord is a really wonderful person, I can't recommend it enough.

Mar 2017: The A/C in the house is practically non-existent. The management will tell you that you're imagining things and to stop bothering them. I'd advise choosing somewhere else. Review from Google
