Apr 2019: The things that really set the Tenn apart from other apartments is its’ proximity to campus, the great office staff who are always available when you need them, and the fact that this building is new. A nice gym, beautiful outdoor and relaxing areas, and three private study rooms are some of my favorite amenities. They did have some issues at first, but the work of the maintenance staff got those issues fixed within the first few weeks after I moved in. They also moved us in on time like they said they would, despite the rumors about the building not finishing on time. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Tenn so far this year! #Tennoutof10 Review from Google

Mar 2019: I honestly love living here and couldn't imagine being anywhere else! I renewed my lease for next year without hesitation. The office staff and maintenance team are outstanding, always willing to listen, and meet my needs in a timely manner. Shoutout to my homeboy Rick who always fixes stuff in my apartment - he's the best. The apartment itself is so nice and spacious. There are not enough words to express how much I love Tenn!! Feb 2019: TENN student living is phenominal! Great staff, the cleaning crew cleans up literally any mess in a timely manner, and the ammenaties are great. They have a tanning bed, a great pool, and a lot of quiet places to study. I have never had a problem with them. Great place to live. Marcus is also great! Love it there.
Feb 2019: Nice amenities, prime access to the strip, rooms are a little small but they do the job, common area living spaces could be a bit bigger but the furnishing is nice. TENN is definitely a place to work hard and play hard.
Feb 2019: Amazing staff at the front desk! For a brand new building it’s great place to live!
Dec 2018: no security cameras, taking 1 month to have a working key to the complex, and the constant fire alarms going off. I would say i had a fun time because of the friends i have here and how convenient it is going to the bars, but other then that its not really worth it. Review from Google
Nov 2018: Within two days of being moved in, my bathroom tub had a leak under it, so they had to take apart my bathroom. In the mean time of fixing it, they told me to find somewhere else to shower with no real solution. Less than a week after fixing my bathroom, 3 of my roommates' rooms flooded due to the flower bed sprinklers. This led to huge fans in my apartment for 10 days. After this, the AC unit went out and continued to do so multiple times up until 2/3 weeks ago. At one point the temperature in our apartment got up to 95 degrees. We had window AC units until the CFO came for a visit and Marcus from the office said that he thought it would "look bad" if the CFO saw them. Security is less than helpful, I don't think we even have any security guards on the premises. For the first month, there were multiple security guards that sat at the front de Review from Google
Nov 2018: I came in looking for information on leasing for the 2019 year to renew my lease and the leasing staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They offered to give me a tour of the amenities and answered every question I had before I even really had to ask it. It is a beautiful property with lots of potential. The staff are implementing so many different programs to keep the facility clean and pretty (which is understandably a difficult task considering we college students are the second most destructive force on the planet). The building layout is confusing at first but is very easy to understand after you walk around it a couple of times. It is really nice seeing so many well behaved and trained pets throughout the property, and the free coffee is definitely a pick me up for mornings when i've got exams. The maintenance staff work tirelessly Review from Google
Nov 2018: Summary: Avoid, multiple major problems with the building and staff does not care about complaints or any issues you may have. The building was not completely finished when I moved in. None of the elevators were available for residents to use, some didn't even have call buttons installed. When receiving information about moving into my apartment, I was told blatant wrong information on how the locks worked on the apartment doors. The staff seemed to not know the basics of the units, but were telling all the renters how to use them. The building was extremely rushed to be finished and it shows. For the apartment itself, our unit does not have its ceiling painted, has nails sticking out of the concrete, and many black and white paint spots on it. When asking if it is supposed to be painted/finished, as the other units in the building are, the Review from Google
Oct 2018: Came by for a tour, but no rooms available to see, so we just looked at common spaces. Nice facilities, but less than impressed with the upkeep. The main floor in front of the leasing office was covered in confetti, food crumbs all over the carpets, and crushed beer cans in the corners of the entrance and in the hallways. Unprofessional.
