Jan 2019: I called them twice by using exactly the contact number on their website and just hear a voice from a woman who told me that this number is for maintenance! I did not know the reason and so I read the comments about this apartment here and figure out the owner is discriminating foreigners! So disappointed! Review from Google
Jul 2018: Lived here for two and a half years, so this is probably the only review I can see worth looking at out of these.
The area is quiet, which is very nice after some time in the fort. If you want to party simply walk five minutes down the road. Campus, any part of it, is also a short walk away since the buildings are off campus, but close to where most of all classes are. Sort of in the middle of it all.
Maintenance keeps the place looking great and always were very quick to respond to our needs and always polite, such as when our AC stopped working. They had a new one put in the next day after inspecting the old one and seeing it didn't work. Also pest control does a good job, never once had a bug in the place.

May 2018: A friend of mine who is a foreign student at UT called twice regarding renting at this apartment. He left his contact info with the woman who answered. He never got a call back from the landlord.
He asked me to call. I left my contact information with the woman and received a call back within 30 minutes.
The landlord appears to be violating the fair housing act. If you choose to rent here, please do so with the realization that your money will be going to someone who makes housing decisions based on race and I personally think that's not cool. Aug 2017: The worst place I've ever lived for many reasons.
Construction goes on starting at around 7:30AM and lasts through about 4-5PM. I was woken up every morning, including Saturdays, since maybe April. I should mention the construction is for another one of the landlord's buildings next door. The garden/walkway is littered with cigarettes (even if on our lease it said to properly dispose of cigarette butts) from his so called "maintenance" crew, which personally I did not feel comfortable entering my apartment. The lighting in the apartment is terrible since there is no living room overhead lighting whatsoever. This makes it very tricky to come into your apartment at night (iPhone flashlights are very helpful for this). When moving out, my roommate and I deep cleaned the entire apartment.
