I am currently a Junior at UNCW looking to sublease my room in my current house. The house is located on Sunglow Drive past Market Street and close to 🍕 food Lion and Planet Fitness. I have two roommates who are also Junior&#;s at UNCW. They are nice, like to play basketball, and keep mostly to themselves. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbor&#;s are friendly.
